Not only did they squeeze me into a tight schedule but they also did a quick check over on my car and made sure it was running as smoothly as possible. I knew I needed an oil change and they were able to get that done as well. I spoke with one of the owners in depth about their business philosophy of repair instead of replace parts when possible and always taking care of customers. They were super helpful and nice and took the time to explain everything. I will be going to this spot for all my car issues for the rest of my time in Madison. So, I had them replace the struts. They only replaced the rear struts, but they called and told me they had found and fixed the issue. I was happy until I drove away, and the issue persisted. I tried calling a couple of other mechanics, but I was leaving in a few weeks, and neither were going to be able to get to it before I left. One of those mechanics suggested another service center. I took my vehicle there and they told me it was my intake resonator, and I would need to take it to a mechanic as that location didn't work on resonators. After polling my friends, multiple friends suggested the Car Care Clinic. So, I called and made an appointment. They were friendly and helpful. They called me and told me the issue was actually my brake pads. They provided an estimate, fixed, and most importantly when I went to pick it up, it was actually fixed! So, I am a fan and will definitely be taking my car to the Car Care Clinic in the future.

They wanted me to pay again to leave it but she insisted it was probably my battery bc I didn't drive enough. A couple months later my car died and I took it somewhere else. It was the starter. They could have figured it out if they'd looked at it. I actually called to see if they'd look at it to give them a chance to correct their error, and they really didn't care.
