We celebrated my daughter's first birthday there and Ani the owner went above and beyond to make it so special. She is just the sweetest and was so helpful the day of the party. This place is in a small strip mall and can be easily overlooked. Brought my 1 year (will be 2 in 2 months) it was around 11am on a weekday. There were about 4 other children there with moms. Please is nice and clean. It has an area where you can bring lunch or snack with tables and chairs for you to enjoy. My toddler, LOVED IT! It was a challenge getting her out of there. The place allows for you to actually go in to where the kids play along with your child which I love. I was able to see her play and keep her safe. Only complaint and its not the locations fault but the parents of a little uncivilized kid. I wanted to punch mom in the face but kept my cool and walked away. Will definitely come back. *****A word to parents: We all love our kids and want what is best for them but teach them basic manners. Teach them to share, teach them to wait in line, teach them to be polite. If you see it happening, rectify it and say something! It boils my blood to see little bullies. Another great indoor playground in the valley! My 19 month old was super excited as soon as we walked through the door. It was empty on a Thursday afternoon at about 4:30 so that was perfect for my little one. He pretty much took over the place! It was very clean and had great Disney songs playing which was a plus. There was numerous toys and many of a kind. Also, there was a lot of climbing courses and activities along with a ball pit (which is kind of hidden in the corner), and a carousel perfect for small kids. I will def be a returning customer and highly recommend it if you have little ones. You will be glad to have them burn all the energy they have here! read more

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the kids actually got to have a good time and it had been a while since they had been out so sure, to those who want to stop and bring their kids for an hour or two so their kids can play it's an okay place. However, to have an event here? Don't. You can spend that "package" amount elsewhere and get better service. I'm really disappointed and I really wanted to love this place. We experienced nothing like the great reviews posted here and we got the complete opposite which was awful service, unorganized and all over the place, no response to calls texts and it takes forever for them to actually respond back to you, whatever you ask for and request in the contract they do not honor and whatever I asked for was not delivered either. The pizza for the kids was late, the decor was done so basic even though I was assured it would be exactly what I wanted. Like nothing was right, not even close...if you can't do business correctly or deliver what you say you will, then please don't and don't put parents and families through the stress. read more

Nest is a wonderful place that our daughter loved in an era that seems eons ago, pre Covid. The people who run and operate Nest were always lovely to our daughter, us, and her grandparents. It truly is clean, safe, and exceptionally well run. I'm rooting for Nest's success again. We wish we could bring our younger child there now, but we moved away from SoCal recently. Great place for kids to play indoors. Plenty of activities for children and the place is very clean. Would highly recommend.

Place could definitely use a deep cleaning and new equipment as a lot of areas of the playground are torn or coming apart and the blasters/guns are never on but other than that it's a good place to let your kid burn off some energy. The ladies at the front desk are always nice. It's kind of a sketchy area so I wasn't surprised to find the front door locked one weekday evening though it was during business hours, the receptionist was just trying to stay safe and I don't blame her. I really enjoyed our time here. Super clean and so many activities for my kids. There is coffee station for moms who would like a break and have the kids run around and use those energies. I want to love this place but every time I come here there's an issue. First time I came some kid kept trying to run my kid over with a tricycle. Granted this is not the facilities fault or really the child but the fault of the mom who was on her phone the whole time not paying attention to her kid. I just think they should have cellphone policy where cellphones should not be allowed in the play area and parents should be supervising their child. Granted she almost stepped on my son as well because she was on her phone and not paying attention to her surroundings. Second issue: When we came to play today at 11am we were turned away because they were hosting a mother's circle. The lady was apologetic and really nice and it wasn't her fault either. On yelp it said they were open today at 11am. The lady hosting the mother's circle said they had it posted on their Instagram that they wouldn't open till 2pm. I don't follow their Instagram page. How would I have known?? I had to deal with my crying and disappointed 22 month old. I can't explain to him that their Instagram page said they weren't going to open till 2pm. I was discriminated against at this business. I went to this playground to bring my two grandchildren to play. I was told that they were closed and would not be let in. Then two families walked up and were let in. When I asked for a pamphlet to learn more about the playground, the lady at the front desk was ready to give it to me but another lady at the front desk took the pamphlet away from her and told her to give me a card. First, the staff (Ana) was extremely nice, place looks very clean and they have boutique that was not open but from the looks of the items they sell it is brand name. This place is awesome! My husband and parents took my 8-month old daughter today and had a blast. They have all kinds of fun toys and activities so there was tons of stuff for her to do. She crawled through tunnels, rode a merry-go-round, practiced standing using padded triangles on the walls, and rode around in carts. I love that all of their toys are cleaned with natural products too. Plus she got to play with other babies which is great on those days when it's too cold to bring her to the park.
