We've been coming to Kids in Joy for a while now, and it's still one of my child's favorite places to play. Every time we go, she comes home smiling and full of stories about what she did. The playground is always clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep her busy for hours. I really like how friendly the staff are--they're great with kids and always make sure everything runs smoothly. It's clear they care about creating a positive environment.

So clean and cute

We love coming here - it's right in our neighborhood, has free WiFi and has awesome AC. I was sticker-shocked at $30 per entry, but they have a $120 unlimited membership (for 1 kid) so all the time we come here will end up being $5 per entry They play great music, have a clean bathroom, everything is so padded I feel so rest assured my kid can't get hurt. It's small enough so I can see where they're at in one view of the place. I don't think it would be fun for a kid 6 years and up (cuz it's so small) but it's perfect for our 2 year old. We see Lily's smiling face and she's so kind and welcoming. Recommend for a Burbank primary caregiver 10/10.

This location used to be the Shoe City store that I had been visiting my entire life. Now, it has…read moretransformed into a mini entertainment center featuring an arcade, bumper cars, and a skating rink. The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

Everything was clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed, which made it really enjoyable for both kids and parents. They were so wonderful, very helpful and decorated so beautiful for it being done that same week. I brought my own decorations on top of the ones they did for us, and we brought sandwiches and catered food which they helped me set up. They ordered pizza for the kids. It was 3 hours of pure chaos with all the kids playing, but we all had fun. This is the most affordable place I found. The two ladies helped me out so much, both were very nice.

My kids aren't huge fans of this place, but if I really push, they'll go. The main reason I bring…read morethem here is that it's just two blocks from our house, and let's be honest--sometimes, as parents, we just don't want to drive far. We get tired, too. I wish I had the same energy as my kids! The price here is $25 for the first child and $20 for the second, which is decent for what it is. The issue is that the space is pretty small, and for the same price, you can find larger indoor playgrounds with more to offer. My kids tend to get bored pretty quickly, but it does serve its purpose of tiring them out and keeping them entertained for an hour or two. Would I recommend it? Eh, if you live nearby and don't want to drive far, sure. But if you're willing to travel, there are definitely better options out there.
