Oops! This review is two months late. We had our son's 4th birthday party here. Valeria was the one that I set up the party with, and she is the sweetest & most accommodating person. We had over 20 kids (about 60 ppl total) and did the weekend 3hr option. We had kids ranging from 1.5 years to 4 years old, and literally everyone had something to play with. I was worried it'll be too crowded, but it wasn't! Many of my guests commented how non-stimulating the environment was and complimented me on the venue choice. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other indoor playground packages nearby. The staff also helped with providing wheeled carts(?) to move our catering items and gifts. We also have been here on 2 or 3 occasions just for free play, and my child always has a blast. We'll definitely be back again! read more

Another great indoor play area in the Burbank mall! We were headed to candeeland on a Sunday but for some reason I thought they opened at 10, it was 12! It was 10:50 and luckily Rockin Kids opened at 11. Great for toddlers, jumpy house, wooden slides and tons of toys. Great for young ones. I would recommend for kids 4/5 and under. Clean, ample seating, comfortable sofas for parents to sit close and keep an eye on kids. In and out privileges for a reasonable price and we are not forced to buy socks, but can use our own. Really reasonable and my kid spent about two hours and half having a good time going from bounce house to play house, jungle gym and small toy section. Had the WORST experience. It is filthy first of all, secondly they forced my handicapped mother to hurry and take off her shoes when she needs assistance to do so. They were being extremely rude in front of children. Raising their voice at my poor handicapped mom trying to watch her grandbaby play while my mother was in the tiled seating area. I explained to them she is handicapped and i need to help her and they kept yelling at us. We were all so confused at this young girl's demeanor and how unprofessional she was. We are going there for more than 5 years although its very old and everything too age-old and tacky but we kept going there cause of our loyalty, last time we were there we asked the girl working there for putting our kids small chocolate in their fridge for just 5 minutes , cause it was too hot and was melting, but she didnt let us and took it out of the fridge and we just trashed it!!! There are many brand new play grounds all around here and with this kind of bad behaviour of course you will loose your costumers, specially that there is nothing brand new and interesting for kids anymore. We celebrated my son's birthday a couple weeks ago, so this review is overdue! From the moment I called to book the date/time, the team at Rockin Kids were amazing. From the initial call, they ran me through the process, when I'd expect another call to confirm with further directions. I was able to drop off all my non-perishables mid-week, which made things SO much easier to manage and helped manage my overall stress from party planning. A few days prior to the party, I received another call to review the entire event, from how many coordinators would be assisting, what they would be doing, what I could/could not bring in. Everything was very straight forward and simple to follow along. The day of the party, we arrived and were greeted by the staff, who helped us with set up and really got things moving along nicely. Alex & Valeria were our 2 coordinators and the entire time they were very communicative about what was up next. They would check in with me prior to making any announcements to the children and very proactive in jumping in where needed. I highly recommend requesting these 2 if you're booking a party. Clean up was super simple, as both Alex & Valeria were quick to help out and pack everything for us. I've worked in the child party planning industry and I know how difficult it can be. First review so I know it seems sus but everyone has to start somewhere. We loved Rockin KIds! The attendants here go above and beyond to ensure your child is happy. Unlike most family play places this one is very parent oriented. They offer very comfortable couches to sit in since your kid will be having so much fun you will be there for hours. They have a complete changing area in the back with lots of wipes already there. Wearing sandals or forgot your socks? They will offer you a pair for free. So kind! Not only can your kid relax and play here, you can too. There were all kinds of families of all races and even special needs kids, all playing nicely, and happily together. 10/10 will be back! read more

The place across the mall called Candyland wanted to charge us $5 for my older child who wasn't even going to play, they also wanted to charge us for grip socks for the whole family even though only my 7 year old was gonna play, we walked out. The guy walked out after us, but we were done. We walked into Rockin' Kids and Alex was super nice, she overheard us talking about our experience and offered us free play, that was so nice. Alex even asked my 12 year old if she wanted to play for free as well. We will definitely be going to Rockin' Kids more often. Rockin kids is the best indoor playground for kids of all ages for them to interact with kids and let out some energy .I happen to accidentally come across this place while walking in the burbank mall. Some things I really enjoy about this place is it's very affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds. I like that it's maintained and organized from scattered toys every 30 mins or sooner depending on the mess.I've seen them Disinfect the playing area equipment and toys. Another benefit is the comfy couches they have for the adults. They also have an eating area separate from the kids play area and don't allow food where kids play. Rocking Kids is by far the best indoor playground that I've come across in LA...highly highly recommend! The facility is clean, well-managed and full of activities for little ones. It has multiple climbing structures and slides, play centers, buckets of toys, cars, trucks, castles...you name it! There's even a full size bouncy house! It also has THE BEST pricing and admissions policy that I've experienced...$14 per child for the whole day, AND...you can come and go all day on the same ticket. Most indoor playgrounds are double the price and only offer a 2-hour time limit. And parents...there are ample sofas and seating areas to rest while kiddos play.
