I Closed the drivers door too hard and the lift assembly broke causing the window to fall into the door cavity. I'm in the middle of winter and needed a quick repair on Christmas Eve. I just got home! I had been sitting at Home Depot here in Santa Rosa for over 3 hours waiting on my insurance company prepaid road side assistance. They, insurance company call me an hour in a half in, oh, sorry, our contract tow company didn't pick up your call for assistance....man oh man....pissed off! Kept calling insurance....NOTHING! Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked Nestor if he could pick up a vehicle without keys for us, and he said yes, no problem. I waited a few days to get an ETA. Then when I called him back to inquire, he said that someone else had scheduled that and he could not find any info, and could not find the email that I had sent with the pickup location, and even after I sent it a second time, he still could not find my email.
