This place sells phone cases, batteries & screen protector. Pretty cool ayt. Not until they are trying to be pushy! And I totally hate it. But my bandit wants to grab me a case that has a built-in charger on it. And I said okay. Went here & bought the case then trying to show us their other products & talks a lot bout how cheap they ate compare to others. LoL. The other day, went here again to change my screen protector & did a good job on changing it. Actually, I kinda love this stall. Coz indeed, they are a whole lot cheaper. But what I don't like are the staffs every time they are trying to be pushy just to sell something. Other than that, they are funny & friendly. If I could I would give this place no stars. I got a charging phone case here as a gift to my bf. & made sure I asked if I can refund it in case my bf didn't like the case. One of the workers told me I can return it in 7 days from purchase so I ended up purchasing. After I gave it to my bf to try it out, it lasted only 1 day. The case was fully charged and would charge the iPhone on and off. We came back to get a refund because my bf said he no longer wanted a case like this and as soon as I got there I got the worst customer service. Went there hoping to get the refund the worker said I would be able to get but the guy who helped me said they don't do refunds. I also showed the receipt that the guy gave me and it has nothing about no refunds or even the person who helped me check out. It was simply a small piece of paper showing the amount I spent on an item. As soon as they seen the small receipt the guy asked where the long part of the the receipt was and I told him that's all the guy gave me. After constantly asking for a return another worker comes asking who helped me, I wish I remembered but I didn't. He then started asking questions of the seller and showed me pictures of all the workers. I said "maybe you guys should show no return policy and the person who helped the customers" After asking for a refund over and over the worker finally said " you got 2 options buy this 10$ warranty and you can get another case for free mind you I already spent 104.00 on the Daym case so why do I have to spend another 10 bucks on a product that didn't work?? Then he said that I can have store credit. We then took the credit and was looking around for things we wanted & another rude worker was trying to constantly selling us speakers & headphones after we kept saying no. Like ALL of the people on here, this place is a scam. This is not a legitimate business, and I have reported it to the BBB. They have NO signs saying NO REFUNDS. They lie and say that you can return products within 7 days of purchase. Don't buy anything unless you want fake cheap products. Even EBAY has better products. Don't let them touch your phone. They will break it and charge you for it. The warranty card is basically trash. There is no such thing as customer service or getting a new case as an "upgrade". No phone number to call the kiosk at, and the associates don't even answer the number on the reciept. The only thing they give you is a piece of paper saying how much you paid. I just switched from Iphone to Samsung Note 9 and I I was looking for a screen protector. I was sold a tempered glass screen protector for my Note 9. Within 2 days the edges cracked. The Note 9 has a curved screen thus the protector should have been curved to fit as well. My mistake from trusting the "experts". NO REFUND POLICY, I understand but an exchange for a curved protector for a product less than a month old. Their product cannot live up to what it is meant to do and no warranty on their product. Went to ATT store to see about buying a screen protector from them and the ATT Rep. said I don't even think this is tempered glass. I pass by all the time. They always have something new to sell. I checked out their products and got a good demonstration on the ECHOS LE headphones. Bluetooth capable, rechargeable and they even look good. I hate earphones, so headphones were right for me. The price was way less than I'd pay online and they even threw in a free case for my iPod. I experienced the same sales pitch however when I said no they respected it the first time. I purchased their wireless speaker, solar charger, battery phone case, tempered glass screen protector. I was given long warranties, lots of freebies, had and am using their items for two weeks thus far with no issues I'm impressed with the performance of all the items. Jordan at the kiosk gave me good service and didn't bother up selling the second time I came by. I'll check in periodically to update the review if things happen to the devices. I paid cash and the Israeli guy who said he was in the navy/ coast guard didn't give me my receipt. Love my new phone case with kickstand. The solar powered charger but also with a rechargeable lithium battery is at the top of technology. I haven't taken photos yet, but they assured me there would be no flashback. Deano assisted me with choosing a case that would provide shock absorbency upon impact but yet was slim and fashionable. The screen protector is sensitive to touch, yet provides adequate screen protection. Highly recommend! read more

They tell you it's original price is $250, but they will give it to you for $150. It supposedly comes with a warranty and you can exchange it when you upgrade your phone, which is total B.S. I was lured into buying a Solar Charger and an Apple Power Case along with a Bluetooth Wireless Headphones. The solar charger only charges if you plug it into an electrical outlet. The solar part does not work at all, so there's really no point other than as a back up charger. The Apple Power Case was supposed to store the charge and then provide continued charge to the phone. But only the case gets a full charge; it does not charge the phone at all. The headphones seem to work OK, but they are not very comfortable. Definitely not worth the money! read more

My mom told me not to talk to strangers, let alone anyone who offers food or anything free. I regret not taking her advice that day. Here goes my share on an upselling scheme they have at net electronics. A lady calls me to their kiosk with a thin box of one of their products on her hand. She says it's for free, and I stupidly(if it's even a word) get hooked. She says theyre doing it in celeb of 2 years of their "company". So I stayed while she adds a transparent screen protector on my phone. She tries to get into all this talk, next thing I know, she was sales talking me. "Have you heard of a power case," she asks and grabs the item. She connects my phone to the power case. I was impressed by it. But I really had no intention of spending anything more since I already did earlier that day. I asked how much it was, when she didnt give me the answer right away, I knew it was gonna be pricey. So she goes on to say it's half off because of the anniversary special. From $249.55, price went half down. She goes on to say "Since youre nice I'll give you a pop socket for free. I ask her if there's any way to get a more affordable price, she says she'll apply a discount she has as an employee. I thought it was under $100, and I gave her my ID and card. I stayed almost 2 meters away from the counter. I didnt see the sign that they dont give refunds. I only saw their policy on the receipt after I bought it and I was on my way home. I came back to chance if they can still take the case back (and me get me money) since it was the same day transaction, let alone barely 20 mins. She only gave me a phone protector for free to compensate. I really regret it. But good thing there's a 5-year warranty offered and free upgradr when I change my phone model. I know theyre only doing their job, but they could have stated there are no refunds or put up a big obvious sign that clearly says - NO REFUNDS. They can only put the money back as store credit which is not enough. Please read your receipt carefully before buying a product. Double check the price and policies they have. Read reviews beforehand. Dont be pressured to buy anything. ONLY BUY when it is NEEDED. I SRSLY LEARNED ONE BIG OF A LESSON THAT DAY. Dont be an ignorant consumer. Trust me. read more

My GirlFriend got me a charging phone case from here and it didn't even last a day she spent $104.00 the guy told her that she could return it within 7 days. It's been 5 Days. We went back to get a refund and couldn't get a refund, he said no refunds. He offered to give me a new case I told him I didn't want another case I just want my refund he told me he had to call his "BOSS" once he came back from calling his boss he tells me I'll give you 2 options you can "BUY" this lifetime warranty card and get a free case. Or they can replace my case. I specifically told him I just want a refund, and he kept saying he can't do that. I told him you guys should let the customer know that there's no refunds before they buy the product. There are several problems with this company's business ethics: high pressured sales, their products are JUNK and their inability to stock a variety of iPhone cases leaves the customer with little to no choices should you need to return one of their cheaply made products, which is what happened to me. The $30 iPhone wallet style cover did not perform as expected: the magnet holding the phone into the cover kept falling out of its case. There were no other wallet styles to choose from for my iPhone, because they have a limited stocking space in their kiosk. Well, the inability to stock product becomes your problem as the consumer. I was told, "oh well, we don't have any covers you desire, you won't get a refund and here are some "knock off" Apple earbuds you can buy for $30." Do not waste your time or your money at this kiosk, ground level, Ala Moana Mall. I went to Customer Service of Ala Moana Mall to file a complaint and sent the same complaint to the Net Electronics. I recently purchases two RLX power cases for over $200 from the vendor, in addition to glass protectors, for two cell phones. Shortly after buying the cases, I noticed that the reception on one of the phones was somehow affected by the case. Also, just days after the purchase, the glass protector that they had installed on my phone began bubbling up and separating from the glass. Last night I finally had the chance to visit the business again and talk to them about my issues and was immediately treated rudely and with disbelief. They didn't believe that my phone was being affected and let me know clearly what they thought. I asked about the return policy (which they had never mentioned when I purchased the cases) and was told it was 24 hours, but guaranteed that the product was covered under "warranty". They did swap out the power case with another one but did not fix the glass protector on my phone. For the second phone, the main reason we purchased the power case was to protect the phone itself. My son had brought headphones with him when we purchased the phone and they "guaranteed" that those headphones would be fine. What they didn't tell us was that the headphones would not fit into the headphone jack on the case. Instead they wanted us to purchase a set of bluetooth headphones for over $100 which they said would "fix" the issue. So after arguing with them for over a half hour last night I still reached no resolution to any of my problems. The customer service number provided did not take me to a customer service representative and I am now suspicious about the website leading to the RLX site where I was initially shown the products and their listed price. It took me an hour of searching to finally locate the website rlxtec.com which appears to be shady and overpriced. According to the box the products are "designed" in California but "manufactured" in China. You cannot reach customer service for either the company or rlx. The sales staff seems to be a rotating crew; there are never the same two people at the desk. I have issued a complaint with the BBB for fraudulent, deceptive practices and hope to hear from them soon. read more
