I have a 2024 BMW M850i with only 5400 miles. I hit a pothole and blew out the driver's side front tire. Needless to say, a very expensive tire. Being very sensitive to handling, I thought something wasn't quite right afterwards. The car seemed to drift to the left ever so slightly, and to my eye the steering wheel was not perfectly level. Also, it felt like there was resistance from the highway and the car didn't glide as effortlessly when I let off the gas. I took it back to the dealer and they test drove the car and didn't think anything was wrong. I wasn't satisfied, and decided not to have the dealer do any alignment work. An AI search led me to Network Alignment as the best place in Phoenix to take a BMW. AI was right. Leno put it on the lift and checked the alignment. He said the car was within factory specs. I told him I was very particular and wanted it perfect. He agreed that the alignment could be tweaked a little better, even though it was within specs, and I said go for it. He nailed it. It's absolutely perfect. It tracks better now than the day it was new. I still can't believe such a minor adjustment made such a big difference. Network Alignment came recommended by several auto repair shops for an alignment on my classic car. They did a good job but I noticed some wear on the outer edges of the tires a few months later. While I think the mechanics in the back do a decent job, the manager is a sour puss with zero people skills. I think he is the source of most of the bad reviews. The only time I have seen him smile is when he thinks you have said something stupid. Been in there 6 times because I have read good things about the place. Customer service is horrible. The work that gets done is good but the amount of attitude that comes from ADAM on the phone and then some short Mexican dude with bad breath in person is crazy. The guy behind the desk was helping a woman who asked about the price of something. His reply was a terse, "Yep, it's a lot of work." When it was my turn, I told him I needed to get an alignment. He asked what kind of car, and I told him. He seemed very annoyed and said they'd work on anything but a Jaguar. I was surprised and said something like "Really? Huh... Ok, can you recommend someplace else?" And said Scottsdale Jaguar. I said, "The [former] dealer?" He said yeah. I thanked him and wished him a good day. But his demeanor was so sour that I had to point out he seemed upset or irritated about it. He said, "We're busy in the shop and have a lot going on." Just like his owner, Rocky the 4Runner is constantly getting out of line, queue the music and bring on the video montage of crazy driving and Dukes of Hazzard style shots of vehicles flying through the air, because that's basically what happens when I drive on a dirt road. As with your own body's health, a properly functioning vehicle comes with its own team of specialists. There's a guy for suspension, a guy for motor and drive train, a guy for body work and modifications, a guy for general maintenance and there's network alignment for keeping me on the straight and narrow. I've been on a couple times where they turned me away without a charge because everything was correct and times where they took my money and straightened me out because some *stuff happened last weekend. Network alignment is the go to place for alignment on your lifted and modified vehicle and basically everyone with a lifted truck or jeep agrees. An honest business like this one is a rare find! We just spent $$$$ on a new front axle, breaks, rotors/pads as well as 2 new front tires. I figured since the mechanic recommended a front end alignment I would do it right and get one done. Network Alignment & Brakes was recommended by both the mechanic and tire store. We have used this business in the past and never a problem. Today I was a "walk-in" and decided to leave my car so they could perform an alignment at their leisure. about 1.5 hours later I received a voice message and feared the worst $$$$. I returned their call and was told that I did not need an alignment and everything checked out fine. Honestly, I felt like I won the lottery! This never happens to us!! Wasted my time and had the gall to blame me. Made an appointment for them to quote me a repair. Went to the first appointment and got quoted an amount. Was told they were busy and would prefer a future appointment. Mind you, I made an appointment for today. Okay fine, so I made another appointment to do the repair. It is not urgent. I come to the second appointment, and they did not know what I needed done. Leno then blames me and says, "that is why we tell customers to bring their invoice". No, no you did not. Says something about how this is why its all written down. He tells me I have to get the invoice from the first appointment in order to order the parts. Unprofessional, unorganized, waste my time, and blamed me. Invest in a computer and a scanner so customers don't need to bring a piece of paper to do the work YOU QUOTED. read more

Look what they did to my new upper control arms! They damaged the threads! I brought my car to this shop for alignment after installing a new suspension system, and they left scratches all over the new parts. But the damage that hurts me the most is what they did to the threads of the UCA. They destroyed it! The new suspension system cost me around $10k, and they damaged it! And I wish they did a good alignment, but they didn't. A professional mechanic took a look at it today and told me that they did a terrible job! I think I'll have to sue these unprofessional workers! And they tried to rip me off with the brake bleed. They asked for $120!!!! and that's after this worker with bad attitude let the brake fluid bleed all over my brand new caliper, damaging the paint! He didn't use a tube like a professional would do, which he obviously isn't. He even accused me of putting grease on the brake pads, which I didn't, of course! It was just a little paint that was scrubbed off from the new black rotors! He didn't even bother touching it before coming at me like some clown! read more

Super cool dudes, Adam explained that my ball joints were bad and needed replaced, I just had them done not to long ago so I'm gonna try to warranty it, otherwise they could have replaced them. But they aligned it to the best of their abilities with the issues i I have and did not charge me because of the parts needing replaced. But It drives so much better and not all over the road! I just recently got new tires. Checking the alignment was recommended. I called the Cave Creek location. They were able to get me in quickly. I preferred a weekend appointment and they have ours on both Saturday and Sunday. Within 20 minutes of me dropping off my car, They called me letting me know that my car did not need any adjustment and the alignment was perfect. They did not charge me anything to assess the car. Took my car to Sun Devil Auto for an oil change in Gilbert on Val Vista and Warner. And picking up the car, we had an oil leak that was never there, and the manager was a f'in joke. Laughed at me when I told him they caused an oil leak. Called corporate after giving the manager the chance to fix it. Corporate said I could take it anywhere or to a different location, and they would look it over. Guess what. They found that we were right and that the location did make mistakes... They cleaned it up and told them that they found major problems with our front end.and it was a safety issue. I asked for an estimate for the work that needs to be done. A quote of $3600.00 was given to me. So, of course, I told them I'll get a 2nd opinion . I called my friend Terry and asked if he could look at the estimate, and he informed me that they can and would do the work , and it was at a fraction of that price... my favorite part was not only saving thousands but Logan and Terry were honest enough to tell me it was not something that was an emergency. Normal wear and tear and could have been done later and not cause any harm to us or the Lexus.. the honesty of this shop was the most amazing part of this experience...
