I use to have two vehicles serviced here. Today I tried to bring in a new to me vehicle. And the light skin tech who I've never seen before gave me the worst attitude for no reason. And asking questions and answering with a snarky attitude. I decided to leave without receiving services. I told the guy that his vibe was so off with me that id be going some where else. After my oil change I was left feeling like they could have done a better job of communicating with me . I agreed to let them change the cabin air filter even though we probably didn't really need it ( we've been doing a lot of raid trips so though why not ) ... but then after they were all done , he said " oh by the way your center ( up high ) window brake light is burned out . Why didn't they tell me that while it was still in the bay ??? Obviously I would want that changed !! I waited another 15 minutes while they changed that .... Then the guy left my dash in the reset mode where I I wasn't sure if it was reset or not and I didn't want to risk it not being reset so I had to go in ask him again .... He argued with me that he did reset it . I feel the whole customer service experience was not very professional . read more

These guys know their stuff. As soon as you pull in they great you at your car and take a little information. I waited for 20 minutes not long at all. When they are finished they go over this super long list of everything they checked out and fixed. N if there are any problem they see they give you a print out to take to your mechanic really helpful. Coupons are available on their web site which really took down the price considerably. Completely horrible service, they love to up sell you but cant seem to tighten an oil drain plug all they way. They left mine lose and i took it to a shop nearby, who pointed it out to me. I was curious as to why I needed to add oil not even 2500 miles after my oil change. Completely incompetent and just want you to spend money on stuff you don't need. Excellent Customer Service: I came in early on a Saturday for a simple oil change. There was a problem with a part, long story short my car was not ready by close of business on Saturday. The Director of Operations, Thad, came in first thing on Sunday morning, even though they are closed on Sundays, solved the problem, ran multiple tests on my car to ensure everything was perfect, cleaned it all up... AND brought my car to my house. He went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. He really cared, and that made all the difference. You are in good hands at this shop. (for an oil change and tire rotation-typically an hour or less) It was almost comical that a young adult, half my age who hasn't been alive as long as I've been driving looks me in the eye and tells me something that is suspect at best. This place may be ok for a basic oil change but don't have them rotate and balance tires.

Even though other maintenance shops are closer to me, I go the extra 10 miles to bring my high performance 2020 Dodge Charger here for an oil change & tire rotation. The team at this shop is great - they never try to sell you more products or work than you need. When they do suggest something extra, it is usually followed by "consider doing this on your next trip here, in approx. 5,000 miles". The only reason this place gets 1 star from me is that they completed the job. I'll give you the rundown on my experience, and you can judge for yourself if these are the type of people you want to do work for you. For pricing reference, I drive a 2017 BMW 530i. After tons of research and quotes from everywhere in the area, I found the average price around $1,000 after parts, labor, and tax. However, when I heard from the manager Merry by yelp message, she quoted me between $650 - $900 for the OEM parts. After conducting my research, I determined I would be on the lower end, around $650 for parts. When I called the shop, I spoke with another manager named Gavin. Gavin quoted me $800 over the phone for parts. This offer was around the range Merry gave me and lower than the other places I spoke with, so I decided to confirm the appointment and drove 30 minutes to the East Thunderbird Rd location. When I got there, I reconfirmed the details and my $800 parts quote. Everything at this point was fine. Shortly after I ordered my Lyft, Gavin came to show me that I still have about 25% of my brake pad left on the front brakes with the car lifted and wheel off. He asked if I knew, which I didn't, and it made me feel good that he would show me something like that. It made me think I could trust them and that they were doing good for their clients. Now for the despicable price switch dialogue: I go back inside and sit down, the office is small, and no one is on the phone. The next thing I know, Gavin comes out from the garage area and says, "so the price is actually going to be $1,700 to complete the job." My response was, "Wait? What! $1,700 you quoted me $800 over the phone and when I got here!" He responds with, "well, that was before I talked to the dealer for parts." I respond with, "okay, you told me over the phone you had already referenced the dealer's pricing, and that's why I confirmed an appointment with you!" He then replies, "okay, after giving you my personal discount, I can get the price to $1,500." I reply, "F no, you can take my car down, and I'll go somewhere else! I was quoted no more than $1,000 everywhere else in this area, and I came here because you undercut that price!" He then says, "Best I can do is $1,250 before taxes." At this point, my Lyft is outside charging me by the minute, and I'm infuriated that I wasted 30 minutes driving up there. Another critical fact is that my car is already up on the stand with the wheel off, so these dirtbags will undoubtedly charge me to put it back on. So I reply, "Do it for $1,250 after-tax, and you have a deal." To which he says, "I can make that happen." More ranting for those who are still unconvinced at the shadiness of this garbage establishment. Feeling ripped off and stuck between a rock and a hard place, I leave and get in my Lyft. I ride home sour and stewing in the utter feeling of defeat because of how badly Gavin ripped me off. So, to whoever gets to this point and is still thinking about taking their car to this shop. I beg you, don't put yourself through the heartache. Call around one more time because I'm sure anywhere will treat you better than the way Gavin at Grease Monkey treated me. read more

I HATE taking my car to the mechanic. I have put off repairs because I have to prepare myself for some unforseen "extra" or "emergency" issue found while service is being performed. This causes a little anxiety over how bad I am being taken advantage of. Grease Monkey is the one shop I've walked into where this is different. Everything from a simple oil change where they laid out my oil choices, and explained why some options where more expensive. To a check engine light where they informed me the issues might still be under dealership warranty, and it would probably be less expensive for me to take it into a dealership for the repair work. Basically Grease Monkey does not take advantage of everyone who walks through the door, in an attempt to make a quick buck. They were not actually able to assist me with my problem because my car has a electronic pressurized transmission and it requires a very expensive machine and so finding anyplace but a dealership was seeming to be nearly impossible but the Guys at Grease Monkey not suggested a shop but told me who I should ask for to sent me to the only shop in town that didn't have a 30 wait to get into and who would have the know how to fix my car my specific vehicle.
