Martin is exceptionally well versed with products, design, quality, presentation and interpretation, and provides a level of customer service well above what you would expect. Initially he will address the conceptual design with you, adding his comments to make sure he understands what is requested. He then develops it and checks back in for approval (including suggestions not uncovered on the initial set-up). Once completed he is attentive and prompt.
