I would like to say Thank you thank you thank you to Raul & Alfredo. Their customer service is always on point. November 2022 - the day before I was going on vacation my phone went into a weird frozen mode. I called Neucase frantic because I was literally leaving the very next day. I dropped off my phone and within a few hours Raul called me with the great news that he was able to get my phone working. Nothing was lost. I was so ecstatic that I promised the boys In n Out. Fast forward to March 21, 2023. My phone did the same thing. It went into the same frozen mode. For almost 24 hours I tried to restart my phone to take it out of that mode but nothing happened. So on the 22nd I placed a call to NEUCASE asking Raul what he wanted from In n Out. He laughed and right away he knew that something was wrong with my phone again. He asked me to bring it in. He welcomed me with a smile, which gave me peace that my phone would be OK . I decided to drop off my phone while I ran to In-n-Out. I picked up two number #1's. (Both animal style one without onions & 1 coke & 1 Lemon Up) once I returned we ate our food while my phone was updating. I carelessly dropped my iPad Pro on the pavement and broke the screen & LCD. While I've replaced iPhone screens myself a few times over the years, I didn't feel comfortable doing an iPad. I called around several repair places and checked Yelp reviews and Neucase looked like a good local repair shop with hundreds of good reviews. I spoke to Raul on the phone and he said he had my iPad Pro black screen in stock and it could be done in a few hours! He also had a very reasonable price so I took my iPad in for same day service. Alfredo was at the front desk when I arrived and took my iPad in. I asked him to leave the protective film on the new screen so I could install a tempered glass screensaver w/o any dust and he said, of course, no problem! So when I went back to pick up my repaired iPad, I asked Alfredo about the cost to repair an iPhone 8 charging port as mine was acting up. I told him I had already tried cleaning out the port and blowing canned air in there but he took the iPhone from me and promptly picked up a sharp pointed cleaning tool and cleaned it out again and fixed it on the spot! No Charge! He said he probably cleaned out 3 or 4 a day when people brought in their phones. So I essentially got 2 idevices fixed for the price of 1! How Great is that?!? My phone stopped working out of nowhere, it went black and kept saying a restoration needed to be made. I attempted many times on my own computer to do a reset and each time had no luck. Kept coming up with an error prompt after each attempt. It's Impossible to get an appointment in person with Apple to get your phone fixed. Literally, called and there was not one single appointment in person available because of Covid..... in all of California. Then, to mail it in to Apple, with repairs would have cost me somewhere around $500. I took my phone to two different sprint stores to get it repaired and neither of the technicians at either place were able to diagnose or fix the problem. The first time I spoke to Raul he helped to fix my phone and instead off charging me a $100 like other time he explained to me the problems and took care of it for $15.
