'Better late than never, but never late is better' as Drake says. This review is a bit late since I went in for my repair but at least I'm posting it. First heard about Neucase from social media, Instagram. I've been following them for years now and their work looks legit especially since they do custom designs for your iPhone. Just recently I wanted to get my screen repaired for my iPhone 6S because my 7+ got obliterated and they recommended that instead of them fixing it I go through insurance that way I get a new phone. Anyways, reached out to Neucase at night by sliding into their Instagram DM's (Direct Message - for all you less saavy Yelp readers) and they were quick to reply back. They gave me a quote of $55 to replace my screen, which I thought was fairly priced. They also told me that if I paid in cash they would waive the tax, so that's what sold me! Told them I'd be in the next day, and when I arrived the next day. The guy who greeted me was friendly and told me that it would take him about 20 minutes to replace my screen. It honestly was less than 20 minutes I feel. SUPER QUICK SERVICE which was a bonus cause I had work. When I was done and he handed me back my phone he also included a screen protector! Which was a nice little surprise. Definitely wasn't expecting that but was pleased even more. If you're from around the LA/OC area and you need your screen replaced, definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed! read more

I dropped my iPhone 5c on my bathroom tiles and had that moment when you pick up your phone and your heart drops... You know that feeling? Yea it's gut wrenching. Raul is the MAN. My Mom's Galaxy S8 had a jammed SIM/SD tray, and Raul was able to open it up right away and get the SD card back. Price was VERY reasonable for how delicate the work was and fast it got done. His expertise and finesse meant that we got the phone back quickly and in the same physical condition that we brought it in, even though the cracks it already had were prone to getting worse. It has a broken tray pin (which caused the jam), but the phone will be an excellent stand-in until my Mom can get a new phone - which we'll definitely be bringing back to Raul if it ever has issues.
