I called everywhere to see the cost for a repair of an iPhone 6s and by far this was the least expensive and has so many good reviews. I like that they're open so late, gives me more than enough time after work. It was super quick as well but very well repaired screen. There's a sign that says if you review them on yelp they'll give you a free tempered glass screen with the repair but to my surprise he had already put one on even before I asked about it. This place is great, you wouldn't think such great job would be so affordable but it is! Stop looking for a repair shop for you your iPhone because you found it!! read more

I am pleased to write that Neucase totally came through for me when I had a terrible experience at Smartfix Brea Mall. I had a badly cracked screen on my iPhone 6 and while at the Brea mall I was referred to Smartfix. After a long conversation with the associate I settled on allowing him to "fix" my screen for a lower than normal price of $70. (Now I know why I received that price) Long story short the pry they used on my phone was a cheap knock off part that basically started falling off not two weeks later and when I went back to call them out on it they laughed at me but said I could pay $120 and they'd fix it again! I was in tears and after reaching out on Yelp Raul from Neucase offered to look at my phone. He confirmed that the part was indeed cheap and sloppily glued to my phone. Hence the malfunction I was experiencing. For a good price he put a screen that was meant for this phone and a protector. I was in and out of the store within 25 mins with a perfectly working phone. These guys at Neucase are trustworthy and stand by their work as it comes with a 3 month warranty. (Some restrictions i.e. water damage) They are kind and even put on cartoons for my little girl while we waited. Thank you guys for being so amazing! read more

Been following these guys for years on IG because they customize your iPhone in all different colors and options. Well this past weekend it finally happened, the screen on my iPhone cracked. I didn't bother looking for any other place to go get it fixed I knew where to go. I live in Corona but it was worth the 30 minute drive. They charged me a very fair price and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. I thought I'd drop it off and pick it up in a few hours, nope they did it in about 25 minutes. Sat on their couch while I watched the dodger game and before I knew it I was paying and I was on my way. I highly recommend this place for all your iPhone repairs and customization. Hopefully my phone doesn't break again but it happens and if it does I'll be coming back here. Lastly I forgot to mention they install a screen protector (tempered glass) on your phone with your purchase of a screen repair so that's a nice bonus. read more

Decided to check out Neucase due to their great reviews. Back story: shattered my iPhone 6 screen and had it replaced at a mall kiosk not by Neucase, parts and labor were bad, they left about half a millimeter of space between LCD and phone chassis, touch ID and home button were working after repair. Unhappy with results I went to Neucase and they set me up with a higher quality screen. One week later touch ID and home button had 100% failure. Reset phone hoping it was software related which ultimately proved to not be the case. Took phone in to Neucase and explained the situation, they didn't even attempt to open phone. Said touch ID failure was most likely related to previous repair, which I understand. However I was offered no alternative to repairing touch ID or at the very least the basic home button function. Ended up having repair done by another local company. Touch ID was unable to work however at least I had a functioning home button. Would have been more than happy to pay Neucase for service which I had to pay for anyways with other company but they made no attempt at helping me out. read more

The service was GREAT!! I had placed a post on my Facebook early morning that I need an I phone repair store to have my phone fixed. I had received a message within 10 mins from a friend with the number to this location, he said call him up hes great and you'll get service fast! And fast was what I needed being my home button was stuck so my phone was pretty much useless to me! I couldn't do anything with it being the home button closes at all apps and functions on the phone aaaaahhhhhh! So I contact the owner of the shop set up a time for the same day and his hours are great he helps you out as much as possible to work around your hours! Went in after work bad my screen (front/back) and my home button replaced in less then 30 mins it was great!!! My phone is like new and the prices are great too!!! So I dropped my iphone and shattered the entire screen, so bad that while I yelped for a repair place glass would come off and stick to my thumb -_- I first went to the mall, guy was hella rude, then I saw all the reviews and gave them a call. I asked if they could do my phone, got the yes I wanted to hear, he let me know they had my screen in stock and I could come in for my repair. So I drove out and had trouble finding the place within in the plaza. I mean you could see the sign for it, but it's unclear where exactly, anyway it's exactly up the stairs first door on your right. Walked in, told them I called, he told me it would take 30 minutes. I left my phone and did some shenanigans. I came back 45 minutes later because I'm always late. He handed me my phone and OMG it's so pretty when it's not shattered lol. It was quick and easy, in and out of there. $99 for a new screen with a 3 month warranty! WOO. Hopefully I don't drop my phone anymore, but if it shatters again, then I'd definitely come back. read more

I recently brought in a phone thinking the charging port needed to be replaced. Turned out it was just lint build up preventing the phone from charging.
