This is a shady renovation company buying homes for under value and selling them at higher prices…read more My husband and I bought a home in March of 2019 and it is still not finished. Our front porch railing is falling off and the home still is not finished being painted. My home is three different colors on the front and sides of my home and the railings fell off the wall within days of purchase and it's still not fixed. The rails have not had the rust removed and they are falling off. The porch is not painted and the lattice on the back of the home is not installed. We have been having issues with the central air, my home flooded twice within a month destroying nearly everything. Our sidestep was never addressed which was very important because we have small children. Everyone who works for this company is shady, from the inspectors to the contractors doing the work. Now he claims he cannot get in touch with the man Dan who is working on the house. Edward Tekieli never thought that I would conduct business the way I do. He thought he was getting over on my husband and me and I start calling him out on his mess. I had to start recording him and his workers just in case I have to go to court. I just want my house done so we can be done with this shady company. One of the contractors broke our kitchen window as well and the crack is steadily growing.
