I wish I could mark no stars for this review. The only reason I even came to this office was to…read morefollow Tracy Picmann, NP, from her previous office. I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.

I did not know what to expect. the staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Patterson took ample time with me. The adjustment helped immediately. I walked out knowing he & his staff are the answer to rebuilding my mobility, decreasing my depression, and getting control of my pain. I look forward to accelerating my healing, getting active and moving a lot more. Today I have something to smile about regarding my health. I have spent 70% of the last 2 years in bed. It's going to be great to bring fun and activity back into my life.

It's not an aberration I don't go to the doctors very often but this has been years of experiences. Also, getting prescriptions filled and renewed can be very hit or miss. It's annoying going to the pharmacy hours after an appointment and the prescription has not been submitted.

On more than four occasions, I have followed their prompts to the letter, and today alone, three calls in to the letter and no return phone calls. They use that as a way to escape from being responsible customer service representatives. They have no intention of calling you back, nor do they care to; if they did, they would. I'm looking for a replacement for this company, so I don't have to deal with their nonsense any further. I've talked to their in-house staff quality control person, and it's like talking to a wall. I cannot recommend them for anything or anyone. I don't know what more to say, but don't bother. Wish you the best of luck.

Review for Dr. Farrah F. Ahmad, MD…read more I had an appointment with Dr. Farrah F. Ahmad at 11:45 AM on 7/22. During the visit, the doctor was respectful and helpful. She refilled my medication and ordered full blood work. However, my experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On 7/22, I was told the office was out of blood test kits and instructed to return the next day for a walk-in. When I returned at 11:00 AM on 7/23, the outer door was open, but the second glass door was locked. I saw someone inside playing loud music and talking on the phone. When I knocked, a staff member came to the door and said no one was in the office, so I couldn't complete my blood work--despite being told to come back. She said they would fax the lab order to Corewell Hospital so I could get the blood work done there. After waiting seven days, Corewell still had not received any order. I even checked my chart and confirmed nothing had been sent. When I called Dr. Ahmad's office, the staff insisted it was sent, but I knew they were lying. I could even hear them laughing in the background while speaking with me, which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I met Dr. Ahmad on 7/22, I had already raised concerns about the staff's rude behavior and showed her evidence. She apologized and assured me that it would be addressed--but unfortunately, nothing has changed. I feel mentally exhausted and disrespected by this ongoing pattern of carelessness, dishonesty, and poor service. The staff continues to behave irresponsibly, and I've now made the decision to change my primary care provider. I do not recommend this practice. * Staff is consistently rude, dishonest, and unprofessional * Long wait times even with scheduled appointments (sometimes up to 3 hours) * Often, you don't even see the doctor--only a physician assistant * If you question anything, the staff responds rudely and dismissively This feels more like a business than a place for genuine patient care. Extremely disappointing experience.
