I would not recommend this facility for even a short stay. Though there are many caring and competent staff members, management doesn't seem to carry about continuity of caregiver to patient. Names of nurses and CNAs were not posted in his room. We had to chase down anyone who would listen. The worst part of his experience was being served pancakes and syrup, only to be given an insulin shot within a half hour later. This place ought to be shut down.

My family has…read moreused the expertise of these therapists for a rehab of a spinal surgery and two shoulder surgery rehabs. The therapists are so willing to help and work you through the post operation pain as well as transitioning back to full function. Julianne Alford is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge eager to share with her patients. She helps the patient understand why she is doing the treatment they way she is as well as giving them practical tips for home care. She truly is wonderful. Most of the therapy my family has had is in the pool. If you are scared of water don't be with these people. They are careful and considerate with all ages, pain levels, water fears, and the overall well being of their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Washington Outpatient Rehab to anyone who needs physical therapy help. They are the best!

Someone took the time to talk to me, I asked do you have a phone you can take to my friend. They stated we do not have a phone. I called back and they did have a phone, but he could not use it did not have a speaker and my friend could not hear me. My friend has a cell phone and the staff could not find a charge. One of the staff said they would change his phone and he will then be able to call me. These three days and a hold time of over 5 hours, and countless times the staff hung up on me. It is no wonder this facility has had outstanding fines to pay for the past three years. They need to accommodate the hearing impaired.

My hand had been immobile for about six weeks after the surgery to let things heal properly. Since I play guitar this all scared the crap out of me. Patty worked me hard, but it was all in the interest of healing. I wouldn't have had it any other way. And I can still play guitar, thanks to the great work my therapist did. I hope you never need the kind of physical therapy I did, but this is the place to go if you have to.

My mother was put in St Lukes Rehab in Spokane, Washington after suffering a stroke. She also had a…read moreurinary tract infection. She is 78 years old. She had to beg to get medication for it from a very indifferent doctor who had no compassion for her. She has neuropathy and it is difficult for her to walk. She has to press the intercom to get assistance to go to the bathroom and they make her wait a long time before someone will finally help her. She has to set off the alarm on her bed to finally get someone to pay attention. They staff is inpatient with her and tries to get her to do physical therapy that she is unable to do because of the neuropathy in her legs. When a tech came in to get blood, they did not have a tourniquet available, so they just kept jabbing her vein in her right arm until she was screaming in pain and left with bruises and a large lump in her arm. We let the nurse know and they couldn't care less. I sent an email to them to let them know of my mom's mistreatment there and they have not even bothered to respond. If you care about your loved ones, find a different therapy center

Jim is a funny guy, with a great bedside manner. He is tough enough to push me, yet empathetic enough to care about how I felt as a whole person, not just my shoulder. I just finished with my shoulder last week, and three days later injured my low back, so I will go to Jim again as soon as my insurance is pre approved. I highly recommend them for p.t., and the office staff is wonderful too. Kami is always smiling and quick to help or answer questions. I am very pleased with them!!!
