In addition, I have needed paperwork filed to get her into an assisted living facility, and the staff is extremely helpful there as well in getting this paperwork to the doctors and getting it filled out on time and mailed back to me quickly. I highly recommend this office. These are good doctors with a great office staff, and are very helpful when you need them .

I received a call in July stating the Dr can't make that date and they had to reschedule. I asked why, I handle my mother's Dr appointments. they stated she was going on vacation. I asked SHE? Dr Kadimi is a he. the caller stated they did not personally know the dr just doing the rescheduling. we rescheduled for Feb 4 2026. about a month later I received another call stating they had to push the appt. back to Feb 17 2026, I wasn't happy but it was only 2 weeks later. yesterday (12/8/2025) I get another call stating another reschedule was needed. I asked why and vacation is the answer again and the next 1st available date was in august. my apologies to the caller but they got an ear full plus from me. totally unacceptable. vacation is a bull crap answer and I could not get a real one. whether it was he had too many new PTs or just .... I will stop there. I won't say what I know is true. we are looking for a new Dr. do not use Dr. Kadimi. yes. this goes to medicare, united health and Yale next.

I had never been to a neurologist before. Second remark "Well I'm not going to prescribe any meds for you, you're on enough". He said "so you have a tick and hypnic jerks - that's no big deal". After I told him I have PTSD, he looked at the file and murmured "if you have PTSD". I had been diagnosed with Complex PTSD. by two therapists, and a psychiatrist. I left feeling demeaned and belittled. This man is toxic.

I decided to pay out of pocket to come here again, figuring that if they could help my friend perhaps they could offer some new direction or ideas for me to pursue. Dr. Zagar figured me out in a single visit. I followed up on his idea with my team of physicians and I was diagnosed with a rare syndrome, the treatment for which has me experiencing less daily pain than I have in 15 years. I had seen other neurologists before and no one had a clue. I have to say that I think Dr. Zagar is some kind of diagnostic wizard. I don't know what anyone else's experience may be, but the stories I've told here are real. This clinic has been life changing for me.

Micah forgot gloves, forgot to sterilize the area before using a needle more than once and I now have permanent numbness from the damage she did. Dr. Zadar did not care at all about the neurological damage notified by their RN as a result of their lack of training. He also did not care about me as a patient and my health. Others caused damage in my arms and hands blowing out veins, fishing around inside for a vein, and causing horrible bruises. There is never an issue when I donate blood regularly and always an issue when visiting here.
