Not only was this office worker Kathy rude to me, she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone to resolve the issue and have me seen, so long story short, she gives this business EMG laboratory in Hyannis a bad name and I am very disappointed because the Dr. sounds like he has very good credentials, yet when someone is as unprofessional as this woman Kathy, it gives his business a bad name. This is a terrible experience. UPDATE: 11:45 PM, and just made it to a room. Since there is nothing in his belly he has started to vomit yellow bile. And no temperature has been taken.
