Took a day to calm down and really consider if I wanted to post this. I cannot rate this place lower since I didn't actually do business with them and it could have been worse. I went there to resolve a DMV issue that I could not online. Found the iPhone mapping system was wrong on their hours for Saturday. As I turned to leave, someone who works there took pity on me and spoke with me. Thank you! That was nice they went out of there way. However two minutes into the conversation, big regret - rude! Telling a grown 52 y.o. woman to 'listen' and pausing. Excuse me?? YOU weren't the one listening. I went there with all the paperwork that I went there and the lady told me I didn't have the right paperwork so she gave me a list of things to get. I got them all and came back with them and got a different lady and she said both of the wrong papers and that one from your doctor doesn't count and your DD 214 doesn't count and your birth certificate doesn't count you have to do this this this and I was in tears. I was in tears so I can't fly an airplane because she wouldn't accept my birth certificate or my proof of I don't know what was but it was miserable and it charged me $750 and I found out after I went to the VA to benefits office that if you're 100% disabled that it should only cost you $33 for your tags and drivers license. read more

This is the most ridiculous outfit I've ever seen in my 68 years on this planet. I have to go for an eye test so I must go to an office. I live in nye county. The closest office is pahrump. They don't take appointments and only allow 10 or so people inside. (acceptable for covid reasons) They also have no way of notifying you of your status in line so you have to wait about 4-5 hours. From others everybody waits that long because people are camping out starting 4 hours before they open. I stopped by after my blood work which must be done within 30 minutes of 8:00AM. There were 50 people in line 15 minutes before they opened. (Not 6 feet apart either) So I figured driving 80 miles to the nearest vegas office was easier than this. Tried to make an appointment but none available in the next 90 days. You can walk in and get text messages when available. Looks like my only option at this point. I'm an immune suppressed senior citizen who can't be in crowds either for health reasons. An outside eye test doesn't work since I need to get the title to a vehicle that I paid off last May.
