When I asked Ms. Singleton to correct the issue, she claimed she was "just a runner," even though her business advertises professional document preparation services. She showed limited understanding of the applicable laws -- particularly NRS 240A (duties of document preparers) and NRS 247.145 (Recorder's authority) -- and repeatedly deflected responsibility instead of providing professional guidance. During our communications, Ms. Singleton made inappropriate and unprofessional comments, including personal remarks such as "I feel so bad for you" and "You have a tendency to hang onto a matter to prove your intelligence." These statements were unnecessary, condescending, and contrary to professional standards expected of a licensed preparer. Only after multiple written requests, formal citation of Nevada statutes, and notice of potential complaints did Ms. Singleton refund my money in two separate Zelle payments. While the refund resolved the financial portion, her behavior, lack of procedural knowledge, and initial refusal to accept accountability demonstrate a pattern inconsistent with the professional standards required under Nevada law.

If you need a motion to expedite to get a hearing sooner, they take 3+ months, which defeats the point. You're better off representing yourself at this point. The time it takes to call and email them could have been spent handling your case on your own. Before service began, I provided extensive information to assist with successful service, including **pictures of the defendant and his girlfriend, his vehicle description, license plate number, and the specific timeframe when he was most likely to be located**. I explained that attempting service during that timeframe would provide the best opportunity for success. After payment, I was told that additional fees would be required for reasonable efforts such as checking whether the defendant's vehicle was in the parking lot or attempting service during the timeframe I provided. **These additional charges were not disclosed to me upfront.** When I questioned how I could verify that the attempts were actually being made, I felt the company became defensive rather than providing a satisfactory explanation. I ultimately had to use another process server, who **successfully served the defendant on August 12, 2026, at approximately 6:30 PM**. Legal Wings offered me a refund, and I am requesting the **full $130 I paid**. Based on my experience and the lack of transparency regarding additional charges and service attempts, I **do not recommend this company**. Please confirm in writing when my full $130 refund has been processed.
