They also submitted a reasonable estimate and completed the work quickly. Shout out to Curtis as he patiently answered all our questions, explained what had to be done and why, and made sure we were happy with the result. Not only was our gate repaired, but we wound up with more clearance than we ever had before, and the gate and automatic arm was reconstructed to be stronger than ever. My bid from them was first 10,000 than in the middle of the job the bid went up that is why I ended up calling the contractors board. The contractors board fined them a huge amount of money I was told by the board. The gal who answered the phone was very nice, I forgot her name, but she lied and told me they had a contractors license in which they did not. My kitchen island was not to code that they started. I don't want to go into their work performance but let's just say I will forever call the board first or look online before I hire a contractor in Nevada. Thank you.

They do have documentation -- but at this point it's their word against two elderly clients who are no longer here to confirm anything. Both of my parents passed away last year, leaving me with no way to validate the work beyond an old invoice they suddenly decided to pursue through the next of kin. I won't comment on their electrical skills, but their business practices speak for themselves. Waiting two years to bill elderly clients, then tracking down their children after those clients have passed, is unacceptable. We paid the bill simply to close the matter, but the experience was deeply disappointing. If this is how they operate, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I didn't even open the box the charger came in, they did it all. I now have a 48 amp level 2 charger beautifully mounted and charging away. He is always on the look out for honest, reliable, people whose passion is motor sports and own auto and RV repair companies. Boy did he hit the mother lode working in this industry. After the shop we usually used for RV repairs went out of business, he was referred to D&R by a friend at the track, who received his referral from a race team owner. We made an appointment, and were greeted by Victor. He really took the time to look at our concerns. No rush, with clip board in hand documented every one of our RV concerns. Asked us if we any upcoming trips and what kind of time line we were looking at for completion of repairs. We were in no particular hurry. But did say we would like to pick it up in about 3 weeks. We needed brakes all around and a couple of new airbags, along with a few much more minor repairs. Work was completed earlier than we thought and were thoroughly pleased with the motorhome. Prices were very reasonable and we feel very confident in the work that was completed. We returned the RV for more work several months later. This time we had the pleasure of working with Daisy, again clip board in hand, documenting all of our concerns. We had a bouncy floor near slide out. (Water damage?). We also had an engine check light that kept coming on randomly. When we purchased RV used (from a race car owner/friend), he told us this was an ongoing issue. He told us he had taken the RV in for this several times when he owned it. Never could pinpoint the cause. Said everything checked out motor-wise. Rafael & Daisy, the owners of D&R, sat us down and talked to us about what could be wrong initially. Squishy floor could be water damage, could entail slide removal ($$$$). Total mystery why engine check light keeps coming on until further investigation ($$$$). We left there sorta feeling sick to stomach. Glad we were braced for worst case scenarios. Picked up RV couple weeks later. Squishy floor was simply the floor board in that area had become slightly warped. All was needed is lifting tile and screwing that layer back down. No water leak or damage. You could not even tell the tile had been lifted. I'm really finicky & absolutely no signs of repair. No bounce. Showed us pics of repair work. Wowed! Engine check light concern was addressed. Engine components were checked out. Everything was working properly. Rafael told us we could spend thousands to get the light to go out but he thought it would be a waste of money. In his experience, he has seen this type of issue happen, owners spent thousands on new computer, etc. only to be, simply, a faulty relay switch. Told me to turn on engine but to wait to start motor. I was not doing that. Could be motor/computer communication issue. I'm happy with this. Have used this rig and have seen no performance issues. When we have visited this shop, we are always greeted warmly. Daisy & Rafael are a true pleasure to hand our money over to because we know their work is quality and complete. Sure owning a motorhome is not a cheap form of recreation but it's sure the best when everything is working properly. Thanks everyone at D&R!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience…read more The technician came out on 8/10 to diagnose and work on our generator. During that visit, he had to leave and return with parts. He determined that a brush block was needed, which had to be ordered, requiring a second visit on 8/14. During the second visit, the brush block was installed, but the generator still surged and shut down under load. We were ultimately told the carburetor was the remaining issue. We were initially billed $1,815.21, including 5.25 hours of labor for the two visits. We have Ring camera footage showing the technician was at our property for approximately 3 hours on the first visit and less than an hour on the second. I questioned the labor charges because I was not aware that travel time was billed or that there was a 1.5-hour minimum. When I asked for an explanation of the billing policy and where those additional labor charges came from, I was immediately offered a discount rather than an explanation. I declined the discount because I wasn't looking for a discount. I wanted the billing explained. After further discussion, 1.25 hours of labor were removed from the invoice, bringing it to $1,589.90, which I paid. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency and how the dispute was handled. After my husband left a review, the owner privately messaged him and accused us of "not giving a hoot to ripping a business off." That was an extremely unprofessional response to a customer who was simply questioning the charges on their invoice. I paid the corrected invoice, but based on this experience, I will not be using Happy Hals again.

They had a mop, pail, broom, some rags, wired scouring pads, a scraper, sponge and step ladder. The rags and sponge looked as if they have been used many times. They had no cleaning products. The cleaning product was the water from my faucet. They were here for only 23 minutes from 11:20 to 11:43. The woman just wiped down the oven, cabinets and dishwasher. The man just used the scraper to get the leftover caulking on the floor behind and to sides of the toilet; and, spent less than a minute sweeping the small entry way. I tried best to communicate with them with the Spanish I know and used Google Translate. I don't blame them. They are just trying to earn a living. I called Quality Maids but they are closed on weekends. What kind of company is this to send untrained people without any instructions and not provide them quality cleaning products?!? Your company doesn't reflect quality! Updated 8/27/18: Talked to my property manager. She said she did call Quality Maids of Las Vegas for service to my apartment on 8/25/18. She wondered if it was a subsidiary. Either way, those two people were sent by Quality Maids and do represent your company.
