We are blessed and beyond to have been referred to Nevada Pet Hospice and Dr. Toby Goldman. I spoke with Natalie and Michelle over the phone at first and they were so kind, sensitive, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Goldman came to our home and we didn't know what to expect as we had been so greatly emotionally challenged the days leading up to our in home appointment. Dr Goldman is an angel from heaven. So patient, warm, soft spoken, communicative, compassionate, and caring. Honestly words can't come close to describe how grateful we are to have Dr Goldman be with us during this very difficult time. Our so much loved Minnie now has her wings on her way to heaven to cross the rainbow bridge. If anyone has to go through this, which is one of the most difficult things in life, reach out to Nevada Pet Hospice and Dr Goldman. You will be at peace.

It's taken me months to write this, because each time I've started I couldn't bring myself to finish. When it comes to the most painful part of any pet parent's life, you want to be sure you're surrounded and supported in the best way possible. Nevada Pet Hospice was exactly that for our family. They are quick to respond to requests, and Dr. Alyssa Watson was so compassionate and patient with us as we asked so many questions. While we didn't go the route of at home procedures, we went through its process and she helped us make the home a little more comfortable for Bandit. I can't say it enough, from the scheduling and contacting to the follow up to check in, they made everything so easy and you can truly feel the love they have for your pet.

Dr. Alyssa Watson........just cannot be more appreciative of the service she provided. Dr. Watson was an angel here on earth. She went above and beyond and was so compassionate and graceful. This was one of the hardest decisions we had to make and she somehow made it better. She is a blessing to your team!!! I also want to mention Robin, we had an appointment over a year ago and your understanding and communication just helped us so much..........thank you

So kind and compassionate. Everyone from their staff to the vet (Alyssa) who came to our house and easy online process. We lost our puppy girl Mara and she helped us through all of it step by step. It's so hard to say goodbye to our beloved pets, but of and when we have to say goodbye this is the way to walk them home.

Having to make the decision to end my nearly 18-year-old baby's suffering was one of the hardest I've ever had to make. Thankfully, Dr. Nunez was amazing, making my sweet, best friend as comfortable as possible. I'm so glad I made the decision to have my kitty's last moments take place next to me on my bed, her favorite spot, instead of a cold vet's office. Thank you Nevada Pet Hospice for making this heartbreaking day be as easy it could possibly be. Goodbye, Medula: I'll love and miss you for the rest of my life.

I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible support and compassion we received from the staff at Nevada Pet Hospice during a very difficult time. This was my first experience with euthanasia and I am so very happy I chose them for my sweet 15 year old girl Ginger. I specifically chose them for their aqua cremation, but the entire experience was great. They were incredibly understanding and flexible, allowing me to communicate via text when I couldn't manage a phone call. Dr. Alyssa Watson came to our home and was so kind and thorough, making sure to include all of my pets and family members in the process and explaining everything clearly. She was truly present and comforting, not just to me and my other pets, but to my sweet girl Ginger. She played with her and made sure she was completely clueless and wagging her tail before beginning the process. I love that she asked about Ginger and wanted to get to know more about her. I wish I could have engaged more and shared how wonderful my girl was with her but I was an absolute mess. I appreciated that she understood that and moved at my pace. I loved that she brought a beautiful resting place for Ginger to be carried to the car. She was very respectful and patient with me in my worst moments and allowed me the time that I needed to say goodbye. As hard as it was, I truly believe this is the best way to walk our babies to the rainbow bridge. Comfortable at home surrounded by everyone they love. They handled the aqua cremation process with the utmost care and speed. We chose to pick up the remains at their care center, and it was nice that they had an area to sit and have a moment if needed. I highly recommend them to everyone I know! I plan on using them again when it is time to say goodbye to my other babies.

Dr Alyssa Watson was so caring and compassionate when it was time to send our Parker Over the Rainbow Bridge.

There are several options in town for in home pet euthanasia. We chose Nevada Pet Hospice because they are a local company and not a franchise or chain like the others. The initial call was hard - but something I had painfully been anticipating since our 10 year old German Shepard/Rottweiler mix, Karl was diagnosed with bone cancer 6 months ago. I believe I spoke with Natalie (I'm sorry if that's not correct) and she was so incredibly kind in taking down my info and scheduling the service. She went over all the options with me and provided several payment methods - giving me the opportunity to go on line and pay when I wasn't bawling my eyes out. On the day of the service, Dr. Toby called to let me know he was on his way. When Dr. Toby arrived, Karl greeted him at the door and calmly went into the other room and laid down. It was almost like he knew and he was ready. Dr. Toby walked us through all the steps - allowing us all the time we needed to be with Karl in those final moments. It was so peaceful. So hard. I was able to lay on the floor and feel Karl's final breath on my cheek. Something I probably would not have experienced had we done this at our vet's office. I cannot recommend in home euthanasia enough for your furry loved ones. It was zero stress on Karl and zero stress on me trying to load a 116 pound pup in and out of the car. One of the hardest things I have ever done. A few days later I was in touch with the office manager, Michelle. Michelle was also so kind and compassionate while we discussed upgrading Karl's urn. Such a terrible thing to have to go through and everyone at NPH guided us through the process with grace and sympathy. Thank you Dr. Toby and the entire NPH team for helping Karl make his journey across the rainbow bridge.

We saw Mickey ( our puppy) on a website and sent Louisa's New leash on Life a message on the chance he would still be available to meet. The next day we met Mickey, walked him around and played a little bit and we ended up both agreeing that he was a good fit for us. I was very impressed how Mike took the time in the details. Mike came over to ensure Mickey would be safe, checking our fence, but what I really liked is Mike was very up front about Mickey's personality and after 2 years, Mickey has been a great part of the family and my wife and I are very happy with our experience. The thing that sets Louisa Rescue apart from others we have worked with is that Mike keeps in contact with us and continues to offer and provide support. Mike is a great partner and is always there to help. In conclusion, if your looking for a great rescue to work with to include training and support, then I would highly recommend Mike and Louisa's New Leash on Life Rescue.

I can deal with a rude staff, and I can deal with it being expensive as long as they care that my animal receives is excellent. But ever since Covid or maybe even slightly before they're starting to do nickel and diamond which again I don't care about if the care is excellent. The care is not excellent. First, I had a cat diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which has medication that I got, but the only way to get this medication is through their online pharmacy that is in New Jersey, so it had to be shipped across the country. There is a compound pharmacy right up the road in Las Vegas that can be used. Second, I didn't get enough dosage that that thought was OK but didn't do any research for to show that it only lasted a week. I paid more in shipping to get it for my cat than I did for the actual dosage. The second thing is I have another cat that is not eating due to teeth issues and when I made the appointment on their online portal at 1 AM to see a doctor at 9:30 the same day I got a call that the appointment was no longer available because there was an ultrasound before it so they were just gonna block it off. The cat I was bringing in is a highly aggressive anxiety written cat that I have to heavily dose with drugs to get her in. They didn't care. I am never going back.

I will remember you and what you did for our family, for the rest of my life. There are no words that I can say to thank you enough. We suddenly lost our dog on Saturday, very unexpected, from what the vet thinks was a blood clot, while my husband was driving in the car with her. There was no time to say goodbye. She was supposed to be going to the vet for her subcutaneous fluids she had been getting to help w/ a case of pancreatitis she had recently and coming home. 30 minutes being gone turned into forever. She was by my side for 11 and a half years. We are 9 months pregnant with our first child and Emma was supposed to meet him. It wasn't supposed to be like this. They held at Emma's body at the Las Vegas emergency care center on Tropicana because that's where we took her right away when we didn't know what was wrong and what just happened. In the end she was gone and they referred us to West Coast Pet Memorial. We chose a private cremation, of course, and they gave us the directions on the next steps. On Monday, someone from West Coast Pet Memorial Memorial called me because I left a voicemail to ask about this visitation service, but I didn't know it was offered but saw another review. They told me the price and that it was an hour and someone else called me to schedule it. Ikeya gave Emma a bath, blew her hair dry, gave her a little bow on her head. She looked so beautiful and so peaceful. She smelled good. It was a night and day difference in my heart from what I saw at the emergency vet just moments after Emma had died suddenly. The compassion Ikeya showed. Her love of animals. She shared with me her own babies story that she lost in May. She can't make this experience go away and bring my baby back but she sure made it a hell of a lot better. I left there yesterday with my heart so full that I got to hold Emma for an hour that I never thought I would get and that somehow in this world with so much negativity, there is a human named Ikeya who I will never be able to thank enough. I hope West Coast Pet Memorial knows how much of a special person you have there. To anyone who has lost their baby and is torn between doing the visitation. Do it. I promise you, you will be thankful and never regret it. Time is a thief and this was a gift.

I lived in summerlin and had encountered some traffic.... I called and let them know I was running a few minutes behind and the OWNER rudely told me to come back tomorrow. I had to beg for him to stay open 5 minutes after! Upon arrival a gentleman walks in the same time as me with his deceased pet. Instead of just simply giving me (the deceased) Bailey back to me ....I had to awkwardly wait over 25 minutes while every detail was explained. I like to think that someone who has owned a business for 20 years would understand the common knowledge of prioritization. Did you tell the man you were closed? Had he called.... Nope.... Yet I called and was rudely told to hurry up! I would never tell someone to hurry up and as soon as they walk through the door wait on another UNEXPECTED guest for 20 minutes. But they already had my money and they knew I wasn't going to leave so YES.... I think that was very DISTASTEFUL.....Now fast forward to April 17, 2026.
