She seemed thorough during the appointment and removed a few moles, I did not feel comfortable with her bedside manner or the way my concerns were addressed. I was also surprised that the biopsy specimens were sent to a laboratory that was out of my insurance network, which resulted in unexpected costs. My biggest concern is the scarring from the mole removals. None of the moles were cancerous, yet I was left with noticeable scars on my leg. I've had other medical professionals, including plastic surgeons, comment on the appearance of the scars and ask who performed the procedure. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to return to this provider. This version is professional, clearly explains why you were dissatisfied, and sticks to your personal experience rather than making claims about the doctor's overall quality.

But it didn't start out like that... Ten years ago, like many adults with body image issues, I was not only scared waxing would be excruciatingly painful, but I couldn't fathom being naked and spreading my legs open like a frog in a well-lit room, let alone have a stranger looking at me in that vulnerable state. Every six weeks, I see Juls for what we call the "All The Things" treatment. "All the things" starts with my brazilian wax. We're so busy catching up that I hardly notice what's happening down there.
