GUYS BEFORE YOU GO HERE PLS READ THIS!!!!!!!!!‼‼‼‼‼‼ I had to put one star but I honestly wish i could put zero. To start, the first day we came in they knew we were younger and didn't really know much about how the pay worked. We had questions about what to type in on their documents for the financial part of the pay because we are young and don't have jobs. They said none of that mattered and to put random numbers. They said for our whole treatment the total would be $1500. Later on we both got random loans in the mail that would've had us getting charged way more money and they never told us about this. Again, we are young and don't know how any of this works and they knew. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We took our loans in the next time and asked for help and nobody knew what they were talking about and they told us we would have to call a separate company and deal with it ourselves.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That was our first red flag of this place and we still honestly haven't gotten help with that. Our second issue issue is a confidentiality issue. When getting a treatment done at any place, it should be confidential to outside people or anyone that isn't there during the process. These ladies started telling us every possible person that was on this treatment when we didn't even ask. We later found out they had been telling people that we were on this treatment which is ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY. I want privacy and respect when going to a place like this and I feel absolutely invaded of privacy and uphauled that people know what treatment me and my freind are on when these girls aren't even working that day or helping us with the treatment. My freind knows the manager outside of getting this done , and she has never once been in the building when we receive these treatments yet she has been told exactly what we are doing at laser away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager snapchatted my freind that is getting this treatment and complained about how she was disrespecting the front desk lady when all she was doing was asking a question because there was a problem with the system.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Which brings me to another issue of how disorganized there system is. We show up every time to the time that is texted to us but they always tell us we are wrong and we end up having to wait 20 minutes. We don't mind the wait, we mind the fact that they tell us we are wrong even after we show them receipts of us getting texted a certain time. Today we both got refunded so we can go finish our treatment somewhere else. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager that knew my friend had my friend call her and they were going back and fourth for probably 10 minutes for an issue that was their fault.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I could say so much more but I hope they change their ways for everyone else that comes in for treatments. [[HIGHLIGHT]]These places should be understanding and helpful and we have felt concern through the whole experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be a screenshot below of the manager messaging through Snapchat

While I do believe that laser hair removal works, I would do research and avoid LaserAway. This review comes from a place of wishing I had read honest reviews & not those of influencers & social media before making the decision to choose LaserAway. As I have multiple friends with similar skin tone, hair growth, color & density not one of them have experienced what I have with the places they have chosen to go with. Which leaves me wishing I did better research before hand. I am unimpressed by this business & money grabbing mentality. In October of 2022 I got the 70% of promotion which totaled out to $4800 with the discount. This was for laser removal for feet, legs, Brazilian, happy trail & underarms. The ONLY reason I chose to go with them is because they offered 0% interest if paid in 24 months & 70% off which I thought was a killer deal but in comparison, but is not. Instead of $138 I have been paying $205 monthly to pay off within the 24 months. UGA, their partnered lending company has been nothing but absolute hell to work with and get help by. Their customer service is rude & they don't take ownership. I have had to re-set up my autopay 9 times(screenshots of proof included) within less than 2 years because it keeps turning off on their end, this has nothing to do with my bank account as all of my other autopay with other bills has been successful & through contacting my bank no issues on our end. One month it turned off and even after receiving an email confirmation that the funds were drafted, the funds indeed did not come out and they told me I lost the 0% interest promotion & that in order to get it back LaserAway would have to approve. In working with LaserAway who will not respond since December on this matter(screenshots included) they have said UGA has to approve it. This is so messy and back & forth. UGA pulled my credit score at 849! I am NOT one to miss a payment in my whole life and I can prove that there was nothing wrong with my bank account at the time of that autopay being turned off. After looking up UGA & LaserAway reviews I found that another person had experienced the exact same thing. Now apart from the hell with the financing situation, on my call where I decided to go with LA they told me 100% hair will be gone and that touch ups for life are discounted & only around $100, and they definitely did not mention that this would be per treatment area(5 areas for me) I'm not happy with my results and in fact my appointments felt rushed and that the jobs were unthorough by each person minus Macie( I only had 1 appointment out of 8 with her) I will post before & after pics, I have waited the full 8 weeks since my last(8th final) treatment, January 2024, to get the last picture. Again, I believe in laser hair removal but would recommend you steer clear of LaserAway. Pictures include before & after, screenshot of all my autopay renewals, & screenshot texts of the amount they would charge for touch ups including the current 65% off discount & texts of communication with LaserAway since December no response on the matter.

A few hours after the clear and brilliant. Expect redness and mild irritation in the first few hours.

Dr. Jepson took his time explaining different options for lip fillers and what might work best for my situation. My lips are not cartoonish or overdone. He did an excellent job enhancing what I was already working with and correcting the things I didn't like about my natural lips. I will absolutely visit the office again! Update: I did visit Dr. Jepson's office again the following time I was in SLC. This time, I received fillers in my upper lip and my first round of Botox between my eye brows. Amazing results, and I am once again so very pleased with his work!

WARNING!!! If you were injected by STEVEN JEPSON, get imaging!…read more Steven P. Jepson, M.D. in Salt Lake City, Utah injected substances into my midcheeks at his med spa. He said the fillers are hyaluronic acid and dissolvable. Imaging would later reveal illegal silicone in my midcheeks. If you were injected with filler by Steven P. Jepson, M.D. prior to 2020, and have been unable to remove the substances, you can have an ultrasound or MRI of your face to identify what was injected into you. Based on his sketchy behavior after his injections, I am suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. During approximately 13 separate sessions, high dosages of chemical were injected into my cheeks trying to remove Steven Jepson's fillers from my midcheeks. Multiple doctors were unable to chemically break down the fillers Steven P. Jepson injected into my cheeks.   This permanent silicone was injected into me against my will and knowledge. Facial silicone is illegal. The liquid silicone injected into my cheeks was done illegally. I was unaware I had permanent silicone. How did that get into my cheeks? Because I was told by Steven Jepson that he injected hyaluronic-acid filler into me, and because the fillers were NOT breaking down, that allowed excess chemical to be injected into me trying to break down the fillers. The natural structure of my entire face was destroyed by the excess chemical, during repeated chemical-injections sessions. The excess chemical spread through my body and I experienced severe bodily harm. I was never informed by Steven Jepson that any harm was possible trying to remove his fillers. Not knowing silicone is located in my cheeks, I contacted Steven Jepson via email. I informed him of the unsuccessful attempts to remove the fillers he injected. He mailed a refund check to me for the fillers. But when I asked to speak with him over the phone, he refused. And when I emailed him questions regarding chemically trying to break down his fillers, he was evasive, and wouldn't answer my questions. This made me more suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. I then requested and received the medical records from him. After receiving the medical records, he sent an email to me stating that he would no longer speak with me, and that if I have any questions, I can speak with his insurance company. Insurance companies provide lawyers to represent doctors in legal cases. This raised serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson injected into me. I was in need of medical care and Steven Jepson would not see me or speak with me. A doctor who cares about a patient would say: These are my fillers I injected into you, come see me at my office, and let me help you. Steven Jepson did the opposite. He did not care about my health and safety. Subsequently, I reviewed the medical records from Steven Jepson, the product labeling for the fillers appeared suspicious. Two documented fillers have labels with duplicate identification numbers. Each individual filler is supposed to have its own unique identification number on the manufacturer's label. Yet, the label for one filler that he injected during one appointment has the exact identification number as the label for a second filler that was injected almost three weeks later. I paid Steven Jepson for individual fillers at separate appointments. The filler labels in Steven Jepson's medical records were sent to a dermatologist. The dermatologist sent the labels to their executive contact at the manufacturer. The dermatologist then replied that the labels are fake. After receiving my medical records, I spoke with his receptionist who told me that Steven Jepson was in the process of changing medical-record systems. Soon after I told him that I was concerned for his other patients, he sold his business and retired. When I take all these inconsistencies, it raises serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson was injecting into me. I've spent approximately $200,000 on procedures to chemically remove the substances, and subsequent surgeries to address permanent harm from trying to chemically remove his fillers. Steven P. Jepson is an Internal Medicine doctor who opened a med spa for profit. He used the word "Dermatologic" in the naming of his company. This allowed his name to appear in my online search for a dermatologist. I thought I was receiving filler injections from a board-certified dermatologist. I did not know he is an Internal Medicine doctor. When I asked him to chemically break down his filler, he was going to charge me hundreds of dollars. I told him that he was going against industry standard of a doctor removing their own filler at no cost. Steven Jepson then complained to me about the cost to remove the fillers. This told me that Steven Jepson puts profit over patient. It's good that Steven Jepson retired. But that does not take away from the severe harm he caused me.

After I checked in at the desk, it was a matter of just a few minutes, and I was escorted to a consultation room. A very nice nurse came in and took my stats and asked me some probing questions about why I was there, and what my expectations were. She was so nice, and informative and said the Dr would be in shortly to talk to me about pros and cons of the surgery I was think of having. Dr Rueben came in and examined me. We had a nice chat about what the surgery would entail, and the pros and cons. I didn't fill rushed, and he answered my questions in depth. The nurse came back in with two price options. I could go home and think about it, or I could book surgery now, since he is booked several months out. There is a $500 deposit to book a date. I decided to think about scheduling a date right now since this is an elective surgery, and it needs to be paid in full before any surgery will be performed.
