Be ready to adapt and look at it all as an adventure. Jonathan works remotely so you need to be good with planning on the phone and via email. It is a good service and I recommend it highly. Jonathan ghosted us multiple times over 2 months. There were constant family emergencies that I tried to be understanding of, but after 5 of them it just seemed like he was unwilling to help us - almost like he was trying to get us to not want to work with him. When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to work with us, he should have just said so instead of trying to turn us off like that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Attached are a few different-dated screenshots. We were even asked this last time to please not deposit the check until after May 1st, which we gladly did to help them out. STILL the check was returned. At this point, we realize we're just taking the hit for the $2500! This company is either VERY shady or incredibly mismanaged.

And I must say I'm thoroughly impressed by how Galavantier specifically Demitiri has handled the aftermath of the situation. Upon the completion of my trip, Demitiri touched base to schedule a call which I thought was very professional and to be honest unexpected yet very much appreciated. He handled the conversation in a very professional manner and explained the situation in extreme detail. The fact they were able to have a tough conversation and make things right is all a customer can ask. They promptly refunded me my deposit on our Rehab experience which again was unexpected but speaks volume to their commitment towards customer service. It's action like that which makes me comfortable with giving their service another shot. Our group had an amazing time at Marquee, so I've definitely seen the value in their service.
