Other physical therapists I saw spent 15 minutes with me, then shuffled me off on a PTA who would occasionally glance at me doing exercises between checking their phones or talking with coworkers. I have found that although this can be for any athlete looking to improve their performance or to rehab... and they will for sure accommodate you and do GREAT at it... I feel it is geared more to the more serious younger athlete (younger than 40 years old. haha). And they have amazing gear for training those in hockey! As for my experience, I did really enjoy my time! I was able to go when it wasn't busy at all in the mid-morning during the week. They have you do a series of warm up drills and then on your first visit determine the plan they will have you work from each week. I worked on timed box drills to improve quickness and footwork and also a series of various running intervals on the amazing (and super fast) treadmills they have. I also did a few weight machines for legs as well. The facility was clean and neat and organized. They provided a towel for you to use. There were cubbies for your things. Restroom. Water cooler. And a fridge with various drinks for replenishing electrolytes. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and determined to push you to do your best and then give a little more without you feeling like you've pushed too far. They kept good records on their plans of what you did each week so that you could pick right up the next week, or if your usually trainer wasn't available, another one couple step right in, easily. After the first couple weeks I was quite sore due to being out of shape and then getting a really good workout! I chose not to continue my training 1. due to feeling like it wasn't as fully beneficial for me due to being the occasional trainer/runner. 2. a while later, started Covid.

I have been to Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, and The Monon Community Center in the past year and a half... With that being said I can confidently say this is the best place for strength training. Brad, the owner, is really personable and friendly. The equipment is awesome and the members are all really friendly. I highly recommend this gym, give it a try. I will be here for as long as I live in Indianapolis.
