Robert was very good about letting us know issues that were encountered as soon as they occurred. As I said in a previous post, we bought a 40 year old house. When he removed the original to the house vanity, some of the water valves broke due to corrosion. He put in new ones. Then the faucet that we got was way too bulky for the size of the sink. He showed us that the new vanity was smaller than the original and explained and showed us that the flooring underneath would show through. He explained how he could fix it without the need of the original tile. We had not planned on painting but with the new vanity being smaller, it was not going to look nice to put it in and leave. Long story short, his expertise, commitment to quality and detail is how we ended up with an update that I have been envisioning all along! Thank you Robert for the fantastic experience! The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. Extremely upset with the lack of care and work that was done. As you can see in photos original tile wasn't completely removed properly that its showing off the side. And tiling does not line up with countertop. A drawer was to be replaced and was never done. The paint on the cabinet are horrible. The color is not what was requested... it's far from a deep navy blue. The hardware on all cabinets were painted over. Looks terrible. * also adding photo of drawers that were meant to be repaired. We feel completely taken advantage of. I'd keep a close eye on their work if I were you.
