In the middle of our 10,000 mile RV trip across country, we found ourselves in Ocoee on a Saturday…read moreevening in our 42 foot fifth wheel. When we pulled in, we discovered that one of our slide outs was sitting askew and was partly off of its track. Definitely not right and a huge worry! Putting the slide out and then back in did not fix it. It was almost 6 o'clock, and we didn't have much hope of getting help that same night, but we quickly jumped online and that's when I found East to West Mobile RV Services. We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in his extremely well organized work truck with every tool known to man. We felt like he could fix anything! (and he did!) Freddy spent well over an hour and a half with us. He not only fixed our slide and was very knowledgeable about how it worked and explained it all to us, but he fixed several other little nagging problems that we had not yet gotten around to. He did it all with a smile on his face and we had a lot of laughs talking with him. He's truly a wonderful guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. They came out ands put a temporary fix on my water tanks so that we could make it home. The floor the tanks sit on had rotted out. They came out without question and got us back on the road again. Leon text me about an hour later and asked if 10:00 the next morning would be okay. I replied yes. At a little after 10:00 that next morning, I received a text advising that Leon was running behind and would be a little late. At 12:00 I still had not seen or heard from Leon so I text back for an update. About a hour later I received a reply saying he was tied up and it would be after 2:00 but I was next on the list. "Leon the liar" never called, text, or showed up. Don't waist your time with this guy. We then called NextLevel RV and they came out that day and fixed our problem.

Leon did come out to diagnose and replace the AC unit on our RV. We paid him the service call fee…read moreas he expected and he was supposed to come back to finish the job in 2 days. I called to verify he was still coming and he did not even recall this, but after I jogged his memory he then stated I'm a man of my word and I'll be there He did n't show, so I called again, again he stated he would be there the next day, I called and verified , he stated he would be there, and again he didn't show. Now he is not answering my calls, he also left the plastic cover on the roof unit. this could have caused irreparable damage. The unit could have overheated, or worse caught fire. Twice Leon blew us off by not calling back or showing up when he said he would and I finally had to have another repairman come and finish his shoddy work and remove the fire hazard on my roof. Would not recommend him for RV repairs, and if there was a negative star I would have given it to him.
