New Age Detailing did a great job on giving our van a showroom finish! Our initial call through Yelp was immediately returned by the owner, Jonathon. Pricing was better than most mobile detailers and no problem in getting them to honor the new customer special. The detailer, Chris, showed up on-time, did an outstanding job and was professional, polite and hardworking. The van looks and smells great! The operations manager, Adam, stopped by to check on the detailer and make sure that all was going well. Even my hard-to-impress husband was bowled over! This is a company to keep on speed dial! It's hard to know if they are good or not. They were good at responding to my e-mails and texts, but when I tried to call them with no success, then texted them twice to ask them to call me so I could schedule their service, I got no response. Maybe they're just busy, but if customer service starts that bad, maybe it's a sign that it's best to move on. read more

I have 3 young kids and a small hatchback (long commute to work). My car is 100% "lived in". I have always cleaned my car myself, but it takes forever and I actually had a couple extra bucks on hand this month. When I pulled up, EVERY employee was working feverishly. I almost felt bad giving them more to do! The manager greeted me and took my name down, grabbed my keys and me and the kids were off to dinner. It took about 2 minutes - very easy. I got the $125 detail and wash. My car was not only done when they said it would be, but they brought my keys to me when I was shopping - nice touch! As far as the car? Cleaner than the day I bought it. I have no idea how that's even possible. I wasn't planning on bringing it in and there were a bunch of kids toys and books - they neatly stacked everything in the trunk. It even SMELLS fresh and my 5 year old commented on how "sparkly" the rims are. I highly recommend taking your car to these very hard working folks! Wouldn't waste my time with such a careless company!!! My whole interaction with this company was a disaster from the start. Horrible customer service and it all is from the owner!! I ordered 3 full detail jobs earlier in the week from Groupon. I called like instructed to schedule the job. I was informed that I would have to split them up and I was assured that although they only like to honor 1 a day I could get two vehicles done in one day. I scheduled my mother in laws first during the week and the remaining cars to be done on the weekend. When the associate arrived at my home while outside to greet the guy I noticed copious amount of oil underneath the van to which I asked the guy to get his car off my property. Once he called his office to ask how to remedy the situation I was still left with a horribly stained driveway. I called the office myself to voice my displeasure. Then inexplicable the owner fired the employee and instructed him to leave the vehicle in front of my property!!! When the owner finally came 3 hours later he was less than accommodating in his efforts to rectify the situation. read more

FAST FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE SERVICE!! after years of Florida sun and kids my car was in pretty bad shape. I started to look around for paint jobs and a miracle even worse, I was considering trading it in, but then i was referred to New Age Mobile Detailing. i was hesitant to call at first because of all the "bait and switch" advertisements that other companies offer. When i finally called, the OWNER Jon answered the phone.. yes the owner.. i told him my situation and what i was looking for, he offered me a FREE estimate at the location of my choice any day any time. i met with him on a Sunday. he looked over my car and told me what i needed and what he could do... to my amazement his first offer wasn't his most expensive package with all the bells and whistles i didn't need, he gave me a fair, very inexpensive offer.. i was still hesitant because lets face it, i thought nothing could save my car. he then told me that he guaranteed all his work and if something wasn't up to my standards he would re do it right then and there until it was done the way I wanted it. I thought i would have to wait to schedule an appointment but he told me he could start right then.. i was sold. when he was finished my car looked AMAZING!!! the juice stains were gone, the art my children drew on the seats were gone, my dash board didn't look faded and gloomy, everything was perfect!.. i had the new car smell back!! on the outside my car shined like it was on the show room floor again!! Jon saved my car and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars i would have wasted. my husband, mother, sister and friends have now all used New Age Mobile Detailing and have received the same results! everything from a 1997 Civic to a 2013 BMW!!
