When I completed the return process, the statement reflected a $5 FEDEX "drop-off fee". What? I contacted Merrell and a snippy customer service woman stated that it was FEDEX's charge, not theirs. What? After I asked her to explain how that is "free", she huffed and agreed to credit me $5... "one time only." Wow, won't be shopping at Merrell ever agin.

This outlet carries men's, women's and children's shoes. An extremely limited selection of clothing and accessories are also available. Accessories include outdoor items such as hats, socks, hiking bags, and bandannas. Discounts are not nearly as good as they were when the location originally opened. Prices on my last few visits have been on par with a good sale at a non outlet store. For that, I am taking away a star. They have the selection, but no longer have the edge on pricing. For me, this makes them more of a check them out while I am at the outlet mall rather than a destination store.

Quick simple easy return and exchange in person. The employee that helped me really fast, friendly and very efficient so I was in and out and just a few minutes I arrived I just as soon as they opened I believe around noon time, and the place was full of shoppers. She had gone to the store a dozen or so times previously but had brought me along on this occasion to help her select a design out of Liberty's catalog for the t-shirts. The store features a number of products that are available to be printed on, ranging from shirts and hoodies to pens and bags, but you are also able to bring in your own items for printing. Liberty gives customers the option of designing their own graphics for printing purposes or choosing from a number of their pre-designed graphics. We chose to go the pre-designed route, as it was cheaper. We also selected basic tees for the design to be printed on from Liberty, we were able to get them cheap, too, since we needed more than 100. The manager of the store helped us get the most reasonable price and even discounted that, as we were buying for a school. He was very friendly and even let us "borrow" the design books to take home and show my brother. Great store and service if you need printing!
