Granted, it was a holiday market type of thing that was happening on a Saturday afternoon so who knows if it was the regular clientele but there was a great combo of people there--even a baby or two. They'd run out of mustard, but at that point I didn't even care. The bartender proceeded to take couple more orders then brought our Old Fashioneds. They were very good, but he didn't ask if we wanted them neat or sweet and apparently they offer them both ways. Then he forgot about our pretzel order and took even more drink orders. I know because I watched him with growing hanger and just when I was going to say something he caught it and apologized. Eventually we got a warmed Milwaukee Pretzel Company treat to fill the empty space in me. I think this could be a great place to hang out with friends, with beer and a few non-beer options on order. They have the pretzels and Flour Child pizzas you can eat on site. You can also buy the pizzas to go. The service might need a little more attention, but this is a nice place to hang out.

First the neighborhood and location is adorable, quaint, and very cozy. You feel a part of a community the moment you walk in the door. The staff are a key component of that. The staff are friendly, helpful, chill, and welcoming of all people and doggies! The space is also great! A fantastic outdoor space with fire pits, a good sized brew space for events, and a wide open tap room for humans and canines to enjoy their time together! But of course, the beers are the highlight! Sproose IPA is one of our favorites. It actually tastes like you are drinking a pine forest! I also love their Gose, porters, and Oktoberfest. You really can't go wrong! Plus with plenty of snacks, clean facilities, nice bathrooms, neighborhood events, and great husky dog-sled decor, you really can't go wrong. The staff is unfailingly friendly and attentive. This is a real neighborhood gem!

With wonderful weather, the front garage door was open and allowed us to move back and forth from the front patio section to the interior area to get beverages from the bar. The acoustics in the bar area were not great, making it hard to talk, so I was glad that we could utilize the outdoor area where it was much easier to talk. However the facility does do a good job of utilizing the space effectively, given its narrow footprint. I really only saw one staffer but she was very friendly and suggested the No Pain Painkiller, an oddly-named drink that had coconut and orange juice in it. The first one was very good, the second one...not as good. Not sure why but I definitely would not have gotten a second one if they were reversed!
