The whole bouquet came out to around $15 pre-tax which is competitive with grocery store prices, but fresher and fun for the DIY aspect! We looked through the store and saw they have many plants available for purchase as well as pre-made bouquets and table arrangements, all reasonably priced. They need to get their pricing straight and honor their quoted prices. If I ever return, I will not purchase anything that doesn't have a price tag. Also, I don't like the moss they have in their orchids. I prefer the mulch-bark-style because it drains better and the orchids are happier in the mulch-bark-style.

Come on, we are on vacation, who is carrying around a printer ?? Replied to the email for help and ... crickets. Tried calling again, sometimes you get voicemail, sometimes you don't. Either way, no one gets back to you. The place itself is worn down, didn't have much of rentals as far as we could see. After two days of trying to give them our money, we gave up and went to another spot 4 miles up the road. They got us set up in minutes with delivery. Not sure if K6 is shut down for the season or just doesn't care- but either way, don't waste precious vacation time here. Do not recommend.

I rented a golf cart from this business for a weekend trip, and I want to share my experience as…read moreclearly and respectfully as possible so future customers know what to expect. When I first arrived at the office, the building had a strong ammonia smell, but I chose to overlook it because they had pets and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. We were given our first golf cart, but it wouldn't start. The employee helping us also struggled to get it started and eventually brought out a second cart, which took a moment to start as well. Once it was running, we headed out and used it for about an hour and a half without issue. Later that night, we took the cart out again to make use of the daily rental. About ten minutes down the beach, the cart made a loud noise and completely died. We were stranded on the beach around 10:40 PM. I called the owner, who asked for our location and said they would come help. I was genuinely appreciative, especially given the time of night. They arrived with another cart, and I thanked them multiple times. The son had to start the replacement cart for us because it also wouldn't start on its own. We headed back toward the beach exit, but this second cart immediately felt extremely slow and made concerning noises. After four attempts, it couldn't make it off the sand and onto the street. Even with all of us getting out and trying to push it, it wouldn't move. At this point, we had gone through two carts and were stranded again, so I called back. I said, respectfully, that "at this point I'm getting a little ticked off" because this was now the third cart with issues. The owner texted asking for our location again, and I sent it. The text thread clearly shows the timeline, our location being provided multiple times, and the fact that we were stranded now over an hour waiting for assistance. I was okay with the wait initially due to the fact it was late, they were trying to resolve the issue, and we were not in crystal beach. When they returned, the son began trying to start a fourth cart. I respectfully walked up to him and told him he didn't need to do that and that we would prefer to walk home rather than risk another breakdown. He insisted the cart had just been rebuilt and wouldn't break down, then rolled his eyes when I expressed concern. I asked if I should speak to someone else, and he pointed to the truck, I'm assuming to his father. I approached the owner to asking about the next steps. He told me I would get this new cart and go and they could discuss it tomorrow. I told him the same thing I told the lady and the son. I asked him if I need to come to the place tomorrow to ask the lady for the refund. He got out of the vehicle and started walking towards the trailer saying how I wouldn't be getting a refund. I then told him "Sir, there's no need to be rude. I'm trying to be respectful." He stated he was not being rude but that we were in crystal f**** beach, with low daily rates and coming out at 11 o'clock at night. That is when he completely escalated. He started yelling at me and said, word for word: * "You're an entitled bitch." * "Welcome to Crystal f***ing Beach." * "You're a broke bitch just looking for money." * "Suck a d***." * "If you leave a bad review, I'll sue you for defamation." He also flicked me off multiple times while continuing to yell. I was shocked and responded with, "If I'm a broke bitch, then how am I also entitled?" That was the only thing I said back to him. I did not call him names or threaten him. The rest of the girls with me heard everything he said and stepped in to support me, but I asked them to walk away with me so the situation wouldn't escalate further. Again, I'm posting this review as I would hate for any other person to experience this complete unprofessionalism. Please do your research and find another place.

The one star reviews are lame and likely motivated by the competition or the product of poor communication. Terri's business is relatively new and she treats people like she appreciates their business. That's who I like to support, not the people too busy to answer or call back. Returning the cart was just as easy. We will rent from Terri every summer from now on!

Before selecting KC Events & Florals, I conducted a tremendous amount of research on local floral design companies. I wanted to be sure I worked with someone who truly understood my vision (in other words, they were able to take it and run with it). I was able to find that with Sherronda within the first few minutes of speaking with her about my floral design needs. She was very accommodating (given that the wedding was occurring during a pandemic) and worked extremely hard to achieve my desired look without blowing my budget. Not once did I ever have to worry about the outcome because Sherronda always stayed on top of any changes that I had to make throughout the wedding planning process (there were so many due to COVID). On the day of my wedding I was floored at how beautiful everything had turned out because it was actually better than what I had envisioned myself. Sherronda and her team definitely went above and beyond. You could literally feel the passion in her work and see that she took her time in crafting each bouquet and centerpiece. She even took extra steps to ensure everything was perfect by helping the venue staff align all the menus and name cards in pristine positions on the tables for an overall clean look (VERY keen on details and I truly appreciated it!) Also worth mentioning, Sherronda and her team customer service is impeccable. They went as far as delivering personal items that were accidentally left behind in the bridal suite after the wedding and fixing my hair for photos taken during the room reveal. These acts of kindness made me even more grateful that I made the decision to work with a company as caring as they were. I'm so glad I trusted her as a vendor.
