By phone I communicated what was wanted, the price range, and the service details. We agreed on the delivery schedule. I returned home but was unable to attend the funeral because of illness. I saw a photo of the arrangement and was so pleased! I highly recommend this florist for attention to detail, following through on the schedule, and keeping the cost to exactly what was discussed. Wow! Wonderful customer service. The arrangement I ordered had blue hydrangeas, but they substituted white. They offered to send another arrangement or whatever I wanted at no cost. My intent is not for this great shop to lose money, but perhaps we can work something out. read more

Very disappointed in the service of this establishment. My father and stepmother that live out of town sent me flowers for my birthday. They were absolutely beautiful and looked to be worth the money that they spent. Unfortunately by the second day greenery and leather lead were already drying out and turning brown as well as the stock was getting slimey, the solidago was turning black and the lilies were wilting. I called the store to inform them about all of this and they apologized and agreed to pick up the bad flowers and re-deliver a fresh arrangement. I was more than happy with that until I received the replacement arrangement. The last picture is the replacement arrangement and in my opinion is no where near what an $80 arrangement should look like. My family will not be giving our business to this establishment moving forward. read more

First time customer here. I found this shop online and called in to order a bouquet I found on the website. Odessa was super helpful on the phone, and I was pretty excited to see the final product. The arrangement I ordered was soft pink creamy white, perfect for the baby shower I was throwing. I asked Odessa to put in more pink blooms & fewer whites if possible, and she said it'd be no problem. When I arrived at the shop, I was dismayed to see that hot pink blooms had been subbed for the white, completely changing the overall look/feel of the arrangement. The florist did her best to make a few last minute adjustments, but yeah... still looked nothing like the website. read more

Ordered a deluxe arrangement for Valentines Day and did not get what I ordered. I know the website says substitutions may happen but the quality of flowers of the substitution was no where near what the type showed when ordering. Adela flowers did not take the effort, time or expense to create a nice arrangement and substitute fairly, looks like they take advantage of people on busy holidays and push lower quality arrangements out the door. read more

order an arrangement from this location for a funeral and received the most embarrassing arrangement I have ever seen. the plants were very small and only one in the basket, the online picture showed at least two in the basket. the flowers were wilted and almost dead. when I saw the arrangement I prayed that it was not from me however to my embarrassment it was. I chose the most expensive plant arrangement online and have seen better arrangements from Krogers at a fourth of the cost!! read more
