I'd herniated a disc in the lowest part of my back. Dr Gardner was forthright and methodical in both his diagnosis and treatment. Explaining my options and best recommended path to feeling good again... I chose Dr Gardner's recommended DECOMPRESSION therapy. He delivered on his promise. After even just the first treatment - one hour later - I was standing straighter and the pain was somewhat alleviated. Dr Gardner's staff explained the importance of sticking to the treatment - and that within six weeks of being diligent, I'd have my life back again. They were right. I may not be 100%, and it's natural that after an injury like that, you never are totally 100% ever again... but I'm pretty close and it was well worth the time and the money. I highly recommend decompression therapy - with Dr Gardner and his staff. It's most definitely the smarter alternative to any surgery - and now from time to time, I simply visit for a treatment to ensure I never get into that position (literally) again!
