Two of those weeks, my medications had not been called in and it hindered my progress. The only one in the office that apologized for that was his nurse, and it wasn't even her fault! I was told that I should have called the office instead of sending a MyChart Message, but even then - there's not another dermatologist that takes his calls when he's out. He is not a good listener at all. When booking an appointment, the time you spend with him is TEN minutes. He is completely full of himself and really gives off the impression that the patient is a waste of his time. He goes weeks without returning calls or messages, and when they are returned - it's never him, so questions can't be answered. I wasted six months with him.
