Let me start, my little niece saw a blouse she liked but was unable to try it on since the fitting rooms are currently closed due to COVID. I asked the employee sitting on the fitting rooms playing with her phone if it didn't fit if I could return it the next day and she said yes. Not telling me about their new COVID policy. We came the next day to try to return it and customer service was kind of rude pointing at their new policy that was in small print and was only able to check it there. I asked to speak to the store manager and I could hear on the radio that the manager was MIA and I had to wait over 20 mins to speak to the "assistant store manager" that was not helpful at all. He just said that the person at the fitting rooms lied to me and that signs were posted all over the place. That is very unacceptable. You don't say that to a customer!! BS!!! They only have some signs but none at self-checkout and if they do, they are a small fine print that no one can't read. The story goes on and on but that full version will be for Walmart HQ office.

Now that we are on the other side of the pandemic era I am happy that I can still drive up and park and have my order loaded. I understand that stores miss out on the financial benefit of our tendency to impulse shop by being in the aisles impacted by displays, advertising gimmicks etc....
