The job took one full day and, what timing-- it rained 3 inches two days later. I would have had to be down there all day with the leak with a wet vac/shop vac in order to avoid water damage. Instead, I went down to check every hour (as it was a practice I was used to whenever it rained) and NO WATER!! On the third attempt, I completed the job in a building with no heat or AC--temperatures were extremely high, making the work conditions very difficult. I spent two full days cleaning and made sure to go over the floors multiple times. We had agreed on around $500 for the work, including cancellations, but I was never paid. After completing the job, communication stopped completely. I also drove about 45 minutes each way multiple times, covering gas expenses out of pocket. Overall, I would rate 0 stars, definitely recommend not working with this company due to lack of communication, poor planning, and failure to pay for completed services.

We called CORRIGAN and he took no responsibility but said he could redo it for $5000. We agreed reluctantly. It now exhibits substantial cracking and breaking pieces. It appears that CORRIGAN does not have any employees. Rather he seems to be a middle man, subcontracting any job he gets, while approximately doubling the subcontracting fee. This has value if he utilizes competent subcontractors. Unfortunately it was not the case in either instance. You can use Google to search for a contractor, close your eyes, point at the screen, and have a better chance of finding a competent contractor than by calling CORRIGAN. Even if you pointed at poor choice, you could repeat the process and find another contractor while likely spending less money than you paid CORRIGAN
