They only took a couple…read morefrontal pictures of it, assuming this was a flat screen. when I go to pick up the TV after paying $200 for it, this is not a 65 inch TV it's only a 50-in. that they measured there on the spot as I was picking it up and the TV was so old it had about two and a half feet deep of space behind it that was all TV and probably weighed about 200 lb s. I told them since they misrepresented the size of the TV "I want my money back" and the lady told me that everything's "as is" and that I had no right to dispute it, it would be the same difference if I sold you a Camaro that had a 400 horse power V8 motor and you come to pick it up and it only has a 150 horse power V6 motor and I tell you that your just screwed take it or leave it. The thing is they misrepresented the size of the TV and took horrible pictures again misrepresenting what it really looked like. I will be taking legal action soon and the address they gave me to mail the certified letter was either a fake address or some old address after I spoke to her on the phone and was told verbally where to send mail, she knew I was looking to seek a legal action, it came back undeliverable. With that being said I wouldn't give them any business or buy from them based off their cowardly way of doing business and keeping money

The owner, Ericca , came to our jobsite only once during the first meeting. I had a remodeling company for over 30 years and finally had to close down due to health conditions. Ericca painted a pretty picture of how the sale would progress. In my opinion, A BIG LIE !! She claimed they had people that knew the remodeling business and that also tuned out to be A BIG LIE. The woman they sent knew NOTHING about the remodeling business and listed things on the auction site in a very strange and confusing way. I was there for the 3 days the helper was going through my things to HELP! She refused my help and kept holding up her phone to let me know she could find everything online with a picture of the item. NOT ONE THING SOLD FOR ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT IT WAS WORTH !!! I paid for everything originally and they did not. That explains why they didn't care. It is strange that all their reviews on their web page are 5 star !! I have never seen that. I attended an estate sale and purchased a large, heavy mirror. I realized I wouldn't be able to…read morehelp carry it, so I asked a staff member if someone could assist. She told me yes and mentioned a tip for the person who helped. A gentleman then helped my husband carry the mirror down the stairs. At the top of the stairs, a woman who I believe is named Brittany Y. began following closely behind them on the staircase, which felt unnecessary and made an already difficult situation more stressful. Once downstairs, I handed a cash tip directly to the gentleman. At that point, Brittany took the money from his hand and immediately asked me if I had more to give. When I said "excuse me," she responded, "Not trying to be tacky, but can you give him more money?" I declined. Instead of leaving it there, she remained outside harassing me while my husband and I secured the mirror and continued to ask us for more money. During this time, she told me that "this is her business, and the employee only makes $15 an hour and she doesn't have insurance for them to move things". This was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Discussing an employee's wages and internal policies with a customer-- and especially asking for more money--is highly unprofessional. I did apologize just to end the interaction, but the situation should never have escalated this way. I was willing to tip for help, but being pressured repeatedly and having the money taken from the employee was unacceptable. While I appreciate the help from the gentleman, this experience left a very negative impression. If employees are not supposed to assist with moving items, Brittany could have said something before they started down the stairs.

We found a DEAD RAT stinking up our storage unit. Not only a DEAD RAT. But DEAD RAT URINE. BODILY FLUIDS AND FECES have seeped into our brand new couch. And our boxes in the unit. Along with finding a DEAD RAT. There is an infestation of SPIDERS. we also found dead MAGOT LARVE all over our things. We are a young family of 3 just starting our lives and our family and friends helped us tremendously to get that furniture for our baby and now this place has set us back so far. She had the nerve to have one her friends that was a girl call me to act like the district manager when the district manager is Josh a man not a women. She should not have a job much less be managing this property. She also will put a return time on door during normal buisness hours but never has returned by the time on door today I waited over 2 hours past the time she said she would return by the clock on door. Do not do buisness with these people awful! There is much more but I'm done typing.
