Brittani was a complete 180° from Avery's bored/annoyed demeanor. Thankfully, her cheerful attitude saved our visit. 3 stars because I absolutely will not be back to the store. Being from the USA, I'm all about supporting companies based in our country. I ordered a dress (known as the Lydia Floral Halter Maxi Dress) after carefully researching the company and location just to make sure it was not just a warehouse of an over-the-seas company or a drop-ship gimmick online. I believe it is real boutique, however, now that I look back, there are a few red-flags I should have noticed to prevent myself from buying from here. CON: They don't actually process returns or refund your original payment method. That's a huge red flag to me. Legit businesses that stand behind their products usually have no problem refunding the payment method you used if there's a genuine issue with the product. I say that as someone who works in customer success for a small business and also owns a business myself. If you believe in the quality of what you sell, you don't make returns unnecessarily difficult. You make it right for the customer. PRO: They do offer store credit once you figure out how to return your item. 2. CON: They do not allow or post reviews on their site so you can't see pic customer examples or hear from previous customers. 3. CON: The material was honestly the biggest disappointment for me. It feels really cheap and very similar to something I'd expect from Shein. For $104, I was expecting a much nicer, premium fabric. The product photos made the dress look silky with bright white, red, and pink tones. In person, it's a matte polyester fabric with more of a peachy color and a darker red. It just doesn't have the same look or feel as the pictures. Looking back, though, this one is on me. I overlooked the fact that the listing clearly says it's 100% polyester, and I also missed the disclaimer that says, "Product colors may vary slightly from images due to photo editing and lighting conditions." So I can't really fault them for that, I just wish I had paid closer attention before ordering. I'm honestly more annoyed with myself than anything because I let the photos influence my expectations. 4. CON: This is something I also overlooked, so just wanted to give everyone a heads-up for clarity if you're considering purchasing from them. For returns, you have to create the return shipment yourself and send the product back on your own. I completely understand that shipping costs are a major expense for smaller businesses, so I get why they may not offer free return shipping. But as a buyer, this part kind of sucks. I'd honestly be fine paying the return shipping cost if they at least provided a printable return label to make the process easier. The Dress is Made in China shipping: it was as expected, so 5 stars for that.

Good- It reminds me of the boutiques you see while walking through the French Quarter in New Orleans. Very eclectic and uniquely artistic. They have bright neon colored decor and flamboyant 1/2 mannequins with full makeup on dripping in costume jewelry. I was mesmerized more by the way the store was presenting its wares, than the actual products themselves. I saw a couple of super cute, but expensive jackets, and a beautiful tie- dyed tube dress. They have Miss Me jeans, cute sun dresses, and lots of interesting items, that you are sure not to find everywhere. Bad- It looked kind of hit or miss with the offerings. I was in the store a good five minutes or so, before anyone even bothered to muster up a greeting, and it was half hearted at that. Almost as if, she could hardly be bothered. Hey, everyone has an off day, but if even you don't want to be in there, who will? Maybe they could use some fun music to liven the place up. Unfortunately, the entire experience was worthy of only 2.5 stars, but that's not an option. Ugly- Nothing bad to report although, I will say this store would fare much better in Austin. It is certainly not going to appeal to everyone, as it seems a bit outlandish with a few designers I have seen do well in Europe. The sheeple that like all things beige and typical of Woodland's mall attire, may struggle to find something that fits in with their crowd. From repairing my rolex to finding the perfect pieces for my special person, they take great care of me during the experience and even after the sale is already made. So I left it with them and picked it up two weeks later. A few days later I noticed my heart shaped large diamond was gone! This is a ring that I have worn for over 30 years! I took my ring back to Daniel and the manager said, oh you must have caught it on a piece of clothing and bent the post! On a piece of clothing, are you kidding me! I said I'm sure it was the work that y'all did that caused the diamond to fall out. He said, sorry there's nothing we can do! I will NEVER go back to Daniel! They do pathetic work!!

Upon completion of their transaction, was told by the sales person that he was unable to install the battery on one of the two watches. His option, return tomorrow when his father would be available to install the battery. Left this location drove an additional 5 miles to a competitor. The batteries were installed in less than 5 minutes and at the same price quoted by Vines and Vines.
