Horrible customer service didn't want to give me a written estimate which is illegal. Geico sent me to them. Damage wasn't enough for them and there in cahouts with Geico to keep your estimates under your deductible. Don't go there. read more

I won't recommend this body shop to nobody'.They work in my car a couple of months ago they left all the screws from my suspension lose and I took the car to the Honda dealer. they told me I was lucky I didn't have a accident. You can literally take the screws with your hand.Now that I talk to the insurance company they said they didn't even touch the suspension of my car and I ask for a refund of what I pay at the Honda dealer they said they are not paying for that.Also the logo of the car fell off two weeks ago is like everything they supposedly fix is falling apart .if you zooming in the picture that I'm going to download you can literally see the big screw sticking out. read more

These people are really good at acting friendly. They charged me for new parts and just repaired the damaged ones and put it back on the car. It was obvious. They then proceeded to lie and hang up on me... for months... Jesus and the 3 owners are such con artist! They used screws drilled into the plastic parts to hold parts together that eventually fell off like 2 months later. read more

Mercedes and Alex are rude and unprofessional. I was never called by anyone at this establishment. I had to call to initiate everything. I was given an estimated date of completion, called twice to confirm. Was told to come the morning after the estimated completion date to be on the safe side. I made arrangements to get there being we are over 1 hour away, I called when I arrived in Miami only to be told it wasn't ready and my vehicle may be ready by the afternoon. I explained my situation and was met with sarcasm, rudeness and unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend this body shop to anyone. read more

I had an accident on 9/16/2013 with a Progressive insurance customer. Since it was her fault, Progressive handled the repairs of my 2007 Honda Odyssey. Although I had requested another shop, they ended up using Moby, because the shop I had requested wasn't one in the service center's network (it was a Progressive approved shop, but was just outside the area for that service center). The repair was fairly standard. They had to replace the bumper and grille, and repair a couple of inches of hood...which meant they had to match the paint (which they did a great job with). The shop handled all the repairs well. The only "problem" with the repair was that they missed a grille cover I had installed (aftermarket) on the front grille. I can easily see how it was missed, since it was just some wire mesh installed over the open area in front of the air conditioner. When I picked up the van and noticed it was missing, Progressive called and the manager went and found the cover. I drove over and they re-installed it in about 10 minutes. They were super nice and profusely apologized for having missed it. I suppose I might have knocked off a star for that (or maybe not, since they immediately made it right), but one thing bumps them up beyond five stars... It turned out that Moby not only repaired the damage, but their detail team (which cleaned and washed the van after the repairs were complete) found my daughter's iPod, which had been lost for five months! I don't know where they found it...I had been through the van multiple times thinking it might be in some crevice, but had given up hope months ago. The detailers left it lying in one of the cup holders of the van, which I didn't even notice for two days. I have to give a great big thanks for finding it, and for their integrity in returning it. So I can definitely recommend this shop based on my experience. They immediately fixed the one problem I had,and went above and beyond in cleaning not only the oustide, but the inside of van...and in finding that missing iPod! read more

I had an accident in May 2014 with a Statefarm insurance agency, with Statefarm handling the repairs. The people working at Moby are very friendly and explained the process to me thoroughly - they made the process quick and easy. Also, as a young female, I felt very comfortable with the employees and did not feel that they were trying to rip me off - which can be hard to find. When I went to pick up my car, I was very happy to notice that they had also organized the items in my car (instead of throwing it all back in) and that the interior of my car was cleaned. The exterior of the car looks as good as new! :) Very happy, will definitely recommend this shop to others! read more

Highly recommend this place on many different domains...the important ones. 1. Customer service - from the moment you call. I had the whole process explained to me more than my own insurance!!! They keep you updated on the phone and via email...great service!!!! Courteous on the phone and in person. Front desk staff are is welcoming and so are the rest of the staff I had contact with. 2. Convenience - they were approved by my insurance, removed middle man (aka appraiser), location was great! They helped me with the enterprise rental and called them for me. 3. After an accident where I was rear ended by a distracted driver, there was severe damage to the right rear end of my car. After reviewing a few different shops I settled on sending it to Moby as it was recommended by both my car manufacturer and the other drivers insurance company. I dealt with Jesus at Moby. From the start he talked with a lot of pride in his work and threw out the word "Perfect" a lot. He walked me through options (new vs. replacement). His confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm convinced me on every point he had to make. There was a minor delay in getting the car fixed due to the small issue of a massive hurricane passing through the area. He also refused to release the car unless it was "perfect" and informed me of small "imperfections" that needed to be taken care of. Always polite, always responsive and always cheerful. It was a pleasure to deal with people like him. When I got my car back it was almost "Perfect". I had a few minor concerns about camera alignment and trunk net set up. He immediately had a tow truck take the car back, fix the issues and made sure I too thought the car was "Perfect". In a town with a lot of dodgy shops, this one is a gem. I cannot recommend them enough and will always take my vehicles to them for repair. read more

zero star progressive took my car to this place and i waited for my car to be fix it around 2 months , accident 10/03/15 my car back around december 2015 they gave the car and i sent it back like 3 time firts to progressive service then to them straight to moby; cuz i didnt know where exactly or who was doing something wrong, they promise me . enrique the owner , we are goona take care of this keyla dont worry, finally the gave me my car back in january with the same noise i took it back again and again, the last history was that they took my car to the dealer and then the dealer said (lol) that my car was making a normal sound. i got tired of this then my bf got really sick and i couldnt come back. finally this week i took my car persanally to the dealer and they in 1 day told me was going on, was piece was making the noise and they are fixing now.......06/12/15 wow long time ..... right? of course they dont know what they are doing or was just simple playing with this women anyway is a girl so she doesnt know anything about cars, wrong i am a girl but i am not stupid. so if you want my personal opinion dont let the insurance company take your car to the place that they want you have the right to take it whwherever you want i recomend the dealer that way you are not going to waste your time like i did. thanks for everything ..... plus i read the reviews and i was confident i took the best decision my car is in right hands ( lol) but look what happened keyla farias kia soul red 2014 ...... read more

Progressive auto insurance sent the car to Moby's Auto. The car was damaged by someone's trailer hitch on the rear passenger door and left quarter panel. They replaced the door, molding, and repainted / blended everything and fixed the panel. Excellent paint match / blend. All lines are straight. The repair was completed on time. By far the BEST auto collision repair center in Miami. Believe me when I say DO NOT go else where. I was in an accident on a Monday night. The following morning I spoke to Mercedes and she helped me tremendously through out the whole process. She, along with the owners helped me bring my car in the following day. Brought it in the get my door fixed but their attention to detail was above in beyond, they also fixed other parts of my car - broken car seat latch, filled my tires with air, and gave it a nice wash to top it off. Considering the fact that they could have probably gotten away with quoting me for a much bigger job than was necessary, I was so impressed when Alex took the time to figure out the most cost-effective fix for the damage to the sideview mirror and camera on my passenger side door. He worked so quickly, too! I had a quote within 10 minutes. He called me within 2 hours to tell me that he had already received the parts needed. Best body shop around. Everyone is extremely polite and I would definitely recommend to any one. I had an issue with my car, I was told to go there and not only did they take of it in a timely manner, but I also got it back when they said I would. If you don't think that's important, well when you have to rent a car and you expect to have it for x amount of days, that's what you expect to pay for. So it is important.
