The fresh spring rolls were also nice and soft. You can tell it was fresh and didn't come out the refrigerator. The noodles inside of them were also perfect. I also tried their pho dac biet. I didn't think it was bad at all. I'm not from this area so I wasn't really sure what I was expecting. I wasn't sure if they were going to have hoisin or even sriracha lol. But their pho pretty much came with everything you would want even the basil, lime, and bean sprouts! For me, some of the meats and tendons could've been a little more softer, but that's just a personal preference. My mom and everyone else would've liked it how this spot did it.

What I received was only the chicken and no beef or shrimp. When I called to complain the Chinese lady said it's what I ordered when it plainly wasn't. Also, the fried rice was like steamed white rice with no carrots or peas. I was raised that the customer was always right and to fix a problem when one arose. This place did not offer to do anything unless I brought the plate back. I told them I would but we only get 30 minutes for lunch so I had to eat what I got, like it or not. I won't be back to this "Blue Roof" Fortune Village restaurant because it's getting added to my banned list. China One is SO much consistently better!!!

It was not. I'll mention the positives first. I called in my order while leaving Kroger. It was ready by the time I pulled into their parking lot. So it took maybe 3-4 min. The service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot. Unfortunately it was horrible. I ordered the crab angels and the fried wontons. The crab angels were super super salty. Inedibly salty. And very oniony. The fried wontons were on the opposite side of the spectrum where they were pretty bland and flavorless. I ate two of each item hoping that my first impression of them was wrong and trying to convince myself that they weren't as bad as I thought. But they were. I hate wasting food, or money, but I had to throw these away because I just could not eat them. Both were also extremely greasy. I could feel the oil in my arteries and pores. So that was $14 wasted. Maybe other things on their menu are better but I'm not willing to try it again. After eating food from the Ashland city Chinese restaurant I thought it was the worst I've ever had but this place was just as bad or actually worse. I think the place I liked was called china one after searching more following this mix up. So I'll try and remember to go there next time

The lady who helped was soo kind and even though we rushed in last minute to grab some food was very sweet and helpful. The restaurant is great to have dinner with family or stop buy for a quick lunch special. Nice restaurant. 10/10 would recommend I'll definitely be returning to try more off the menu (:

No smiles.....everything is just curt and right to the point. I got a medium egg drop soup and asked for a bowl to share and was told "no". No fortune cookies. I won't be back. I like more quality, service and feeling. All the chairs had dirt around the bottom of the legs.......plaster patches in the walls but no paint to finish the repairs. No salt pepper or napkins on the table.
