Though I doubt any Chinese food could be deemed healthy, this place has one thing going for them, they don't use MSG (at least they say that, and I've never gotten an MSG migraine from anything I've ordered there). They are usually willing to accommodate special requests (sauce on the side, more veggies in the mei fun, etc), and they make a homemade super-spicy yellow Chinese mustard that is spectacular on their roast pork egg rolls; ask for it if you want your socks knocked off. This is my go-to I-don't-wanna-cook late night dinner standby (they're open til 11pm).

And when I got home and opened the shrimp w lobster sauce it was just a blob, very unappetizing to the eye besides fishing around I only found 4 shrimp that were overcooked. Maybe I should have gone with my gut because the place was empty and when I walked in there was nothing going on in the kitchen I mean total silence. The lady at the front was happy to see me. No customers should have been my tell tale sign. No bueno.

Now, I should not have to say that to the cooks in the back, they should know this.
