I just purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna CE. It came with one key and no remote unlock/lock device. I purchased a remote on Amazon that I was able to program myself, but I still needed new keys made with the correct chips. I went to Citi Locksmiths and they offered me an option of key and fob combined. Because the model van I have doesn't have automatic sliding doors this was perfect for me (one last thing to lose). They ordered 2 for me and I came back a few days later to have them cut/chipped/programmed. When he was programming the keys, he asked about the car history, because he identified an after market alarm system. This affected me because he said I will not need a chip and gave me a discounted price for the two keys and even through in a spare plain key (used to test his chip-less theory). Trust the good reviews for Citi Locksmith. He provides perfect service at a much better price than other locksmiths could. Recently, my Honda Civic key fob cover broke apart, even though the key fob was working. Unfortunately, although I had a backup key that could start the ignition, I could not open the car doors by putting the keys into the lock. Kuldeep was able to program in the OEM fob and craft the replacement key for $75 -- at most half of what other locksmiths were charging. He got me a replacement key fob cover for $40 (the regular price was $65). And at no charge, he fixed my car doors to lock and unlock when I inserted my car keys into them. So now I have working car door locks and two fully functional Honda key fobs. I highly recommend Citi Locksmith. I will return to them for any car key issues I have. read more

Who knew? Well, Citi Locksmith's owner Kuldeep did. My Acura's glovebox lock contained a key code for him to confirm and create a key to use on my driver's side door lock that suddenly decided to not work. I insert my car key and am unable to manually lock/unlock my driver's side door (but good thing for car alarms that automatically lock/unlock my doors but, I still want my driver's side door to work using a key!). After he tried cutting test keys to resolve my issue without removing the door panel, I consented to his request (and reasonable quote) to take the lock cylinder out to troubleshoot and fix outside of my car. Ultimately, the door lock cylinder was fine after testing outside of the car and still worked after everything was reinstalled. Whatever caused my door lock issue wasn't an issue anymore. Because nothing was replaced, Kuldeep cut me some slack and reduced the quote amount for just the labor performed. I happily accepted. Called the dealer to see if they could duplicate a key for a 2019 Toyota Sequoia and they quoted me $500.00, had to order the key,set up an appointment, plus I had to leave the truck with them for a few hours. Called new citi locksmith and they had the key in stock, I showed up, and it took Kuldeep 20 minutes to program, make the key, and it was only $190.00. The key was also an OEM key. They fixed my FOB for no charge and made me a new chip master key. The key I had was worn and also wasn't working properly.
