I am so happy this is the place that answered when I was calling around trying to find a garage door repair over the weekend. My spouse accidentally reversed into our door causing both sides to go off track and dents in the top and bottom. When I called they had someone available to come out within just a few hours to give a free diagnosis and then estimate for repair. We were worried we were going to have to buy a new door and it would cost thousands. The guy arrived on time and took a quick look and then said he could fix it right then. It was only a few hundred to get the door working again, and then he recommended replacing the top and bottom bars which were dented and that was only a bit more. He also was able to hammer out the dents in the panels pretty good. Overall it only took under an hour and half a grand and our door is back to like it was before. Great experience and quality products! I received approx. 6-7 quotes for my garage door work -- which included removal of our original wood door (manual open) and conversion to new automatic garage door -- and went with Blvd Garage based on their expertise and quality materials. Richard arrived to quote the job and he impressed me with his knowledge of products but also what could and couldn't be accomplished within our small space. Richard was the first (and only rep) to educate me on the type of motor that would be needed for our space -- which meant the removal of a wall cabinet and need for a closer electrical outlet. Having this foresight allowed me time to prepare the space ahead of installation. To boot, Richard was even able to offer some price flexibility and provided a few options for me to consider. Joshua completed our installation as a team of one and after our post-installation chat, his commitment to a quality installation reassured me that I made the right choice in Blvd Garage Doors. Josh pointed out that our original door railings were not secured to the wall framing on one side. On top of that, their quote to replace the bent garage door (damaged by the previous homeowner) was way too high. I reached out to Boulevard Garage Door in Dublin, and Josh, the owner, personally came out -- at no charge -- to walk me through door options. We have been having chronic issues with two of our garage door openers that were just installed within the last few years. Despite multiple attempts by the installers, we were still having recurring issues. Finally, we decided to call Boulevard Garage Doors based on the great reviews. I was especially thrilled when they dispatched Valentino since he was mentioned in many great reviews. Valentino identified faulty installation with the garage door where the cable (side opener) would come off randomly every year or so. With the other garage door opener, it was determined to be a manufacturer issue, and after many long calls to Liftmaster customer service, my husband was able to get a replacement approved. Valentino helped us uninstall it, swap for the replacement, and install the new opener. So far so good. The fact that Valentino found issues that the installer company didn't (after two visits!!) speaks volumes. I would highly recommend Boulevard, especially Valentino. read more

I woke up on a weekend morning to find that the springs on my garage door had broken. The company I had used in the past only operates Monday through Friday, so I reached out to Boulevard Garage Doors for a quote. I was able to send them a photo and quickly get detailed pricing. When I spoke with Joshua, I appreciated how upfront he was about the parts, labor, and total cost. After deciding to move forward, he came out, inspected everything, and gave me a free estimate.
