Kuldeep was attentive, asking a few follow-up questions over the phone (e.g. shlage vs. kwiskset). It was obvious he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He came to our house that afternoon and did the repair work, which was to replace the interior faulty mechanism of the lock. The exterior knob remained the same, and I was glad about that because it meant that our main housekey would still work for that entryway. I was impressed at how reasonable the invoice was. Kuldeep even gave us some solid advice about where to store keys. I would unhesitatingly recommend New Citi Locksmiths of Dublin; the customer service experience was top notch!

I needed an keyless car entry fob that I purchased on the internet programmed. Called and was quoted $15 less than the other shop I called. so far so good. I show up and am told the fob I bought on the internet was for a different year. He said he would try to program it anyway with no risk to me. It worked! What's not to like here? read more

Kuldeep was prompt with response to my question and appointment. I had a "neighbor" came into my house middle of the night and scared the hell out of me, apparently her key worked unlocking my front door (Kuldeep told me that when developers bulk order locks, it's possible that they'll get multiple of same locks, so there's a chance your neighbor has key that could open your door, did you know that? I sure as hell didn't!). So I needed my lock re-keyed a.s.a.p, I was worried that since it was a holiday it would cost me arms and legs to get it replaced, but Kuldeep didn't charge extra and showed up right away. I will definitely call Citi Locksmith for all lock/key related problem! read more

New Citi Locksmiths rekeyed three of our doors. They were responsive, available, timely, professional, and competent. On top of that, they were honest. I thought I needed the entire locks replaced but I only needed them rekeyed. They could have cheated me and charged me hundreds more, but they showed such integrity in solving my problem. These guys are rock stars. I had a spare car key that hadn't been programed for about 10 years. They made a trip to my home, flashed the key, made a spare key for the glove box, and replaced batteries in both keys. I broke my file cabinet key while trying to straighten it so reached out to Locksmiths via Yelp. Other Locksmiths were quoting ridiculously high to make the new key and HomeDepot refused to deal with the broken key. Thinking I needed to replace the lock in my driver side door. They were able to repair the existing lock (a common problem for early 2000's), and made two new keys with programming, and fixed my broken remote. Fairly prices and great customer service. read more

I had a hard time finding a place to duplicate my mailbox key, which is a non-standard key. After getting the runaround from a local hardware store for over a month who had claimed on multiple occasions that they would order the specialized key blank, I decided to expand my search. I'm so glad that I found New Citi Locksmiths! I walked in with the seemingly impossible to find key and in less than two minutes I walked out with a duplicate key in hand. I can't believe how easy and fairly priced it was. I just wish I had thought of going to a locksmith to begin with rather than a hardware store. If you're looking to duplicate a specialized key or even a standard key, give New Citi a try. They have convenient store hours and had some really fun options for keys, such as Hello Kitty and colorful graphic prints. read more

Kuldip is a cool guy. Very prompt and responsive. Needed Front door Baldwin keys rekeyed and also the car key fob reprogrammed. Answered my phone call at 8 am and gave a quote over the phone. Came home promptly as promised and rekeyed the front door without a hitch. Still trying to obtain the fob for the car as none was readily available. He says it will be another 100.00 and he will be right back. A bit later an older man comes to drill the lock out, his Dad. The final bill was 385.88 for one lock and two people because one couldn't handle the job! You send a young kid and because he couldn't get it done you charge the client extra, got it. I am sure it's not the first or last lock that has to be drilled out, but bait and switch. Not a professional way of doing business, would NOT recommend at all.

I deducted a star since I felt the sales rep wasted our time (it was very difficult to try to politely end the video call with him) by trying to tell us that consumer-grade cameras weren't going to meet our needs and he tried to upsell us by showing an unrealistic simulation of how fuzzy the images would look compared to their systems he wanted us to buy. Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.

Quick & thorough in reprogramming keys The guy who works there is awesome. He showed the key I can get also agreed to fix my damaged key fob. He was thorough to check my car and erase old keys & program new ones. And the price , I got 1 key & 1 key fob fixed for less than $185, very reasonable. Today is Saturday. I needed to rekey seven door locks to my house. The owner, Kuldeep, was very polite and professional. He was the first, and only, locksmith I called for this job. To my surprise he was able to come out to my house within the hour and very quickly and efficiently rekeyed my locks. Best of all the price was very, very good (within my budget)! I would most definitely, highly recommend New Citi Locksmiths. I know I will never call another locksmith. By the way, he does more than house locks. He also does car locks. read more

Amazing experience! Drove past the van while getting coffee. Stopped and asked if they could replace a lost key and make a back up. He took down our address and had someone at the house within 1.5 hours. Replaced and programmed our broken key to our 2011 Honda Accord and had a backup made all within about half an hour! Very reasonable pricing (much better than the dealership)! Would highly recommend! Already passed on their information to three friends! read more
