I got to experience Nico's first Production-Rocky Horror Picture Show, in his new space, The Parish. Parking, security & the vibe walking in was fantastic! We were greeted, checked in & walked right over to the waiting area where we perused some merch that included face masks, fancy fans, T-shirts, & prop bags for the show-which I got! Did I mention, I'm a Rocky Horror Virgin?!!! They wanted to put a V on my forehead, but my makeup was too cute, so they kindly flexed to my choice on my hand. LOL They led us up to our table at the top floor of this old church building. The space was great! Jesus was adorned in stained glass at the back end of the room, watching over us all throughout the show. Tables were set up at a social distance, 8 total only 4 people per table. That was nice! Made the show intimate & safe! Every table was a name of a character from the show and had their picture and a cute little lamp set up at each. Set-ups and more merch available upstairs for purchase. BYOB!! Yaasss!!! The show kicked off with two performers. One burlesque performer that I was so impressed with! Classy & sassy!! Nico hosted a quick game for the Virgins-mostly to embarrass us, but it was soooo much fun and beyond hilarious!!! The show was so fun! Everyone just kept yelling out randomly, like a crowd that had telepathic Tourette's. LOL The prop bags were fun!! We joined in and had way too much fun the entire show!!! The staff was fabulous & friendly & the show was everything & more!!! I'm SO glad I was able to support Nico & I look forward to checking out more of his productions & I'm super interested in scheduling some fun airbrush makeup sessions too! I had to go back and another stylist, Lauren was able to fix my hair. It was traumatic to say the least. Especially for someone who doesn't color their hair like myself. I decided to go here and got destroyed. Lauren did fix it and is great at color though. I could tell she really knows her stuff. So after Lauren fixed my hair I was happy with the salon..... until I tried for WEEKS to make another appointment. No one ever answers the phone. I left 4 messages and no one ever returned my calls. As a business owner my self I have zero tolerance for bad customer service. It will make or break a business unfortunately.
