I asked 3 different teachers what happened to him and was told different stories and had to end up by calling the police. When the police showed up they refused to show him the cameras pretending that only their head office has access to it and they have to send a request and this process will take few days. Also in our last day we figured out that teachers were giving our kids brand new pull ups to other kids. We had provided 24 brand new underwear for potty training but teachers have used most of them for other kids. Our toddlers never got any potty training even once. They were about to get started but never started. I felt it was my duty to warn any parents against taking their children to this daycare.

I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Everything we wanted and so much more.

The Owner CJ, Director Jessica and Assistant Director Adriana made our transition so easy and smooth! They know us by name and the care and love they show our son, is what every Mama wants from the people they are leaving their child with. His teachers are just as caring! He just loves Ms. Taylor! He actually cried when I came to pick him up and she handed him to me! I knew then that they truly do love and care for my child and I knew this was the place he would be until he starts kindergarten. I cannot say enough good things about The Goddard School of Haslet! My daughter started attending pre-school at Xplor, and she loves it. They have a great app to track daily activities and cameras to check in on my son throughout the day which has been amazing for me! I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars
