I contracted with New Dawn Remodeling to tear down a failing cinderblock wall and replace with a new combination cinderblock/wood fence. They were outstanding to deal with over a rather long negotiation period due to interactions with my neighbor on the other side of the wall. After agreement was reached the completed the job on time and on contract price. The project manager was outstanding and the workers were experienced and courteous. They even bent over backwards to. meet the sometime difficult demands of my neighbor. Because of the slopes of the property constructing the wall to insure proper water runoff that would not undermine the wall was important and New Dawn efficiently dealt with complicated issue. We just completed a wall to wall bathroom remodel. We are not construction oriented and relied on Sage to manage all of our selections and the purchase of all of the items needed. He guided us through the design and purchasing of all the items needed. He took the input from what I had in mind and included each item in the plan. The crew showed up on time each day and the only gaps were a few days waiting for some customized items to be built. The crew was what you hope for. They protected the environment, cleaned up after themselves and disposed of construction trash. They were extremely courteous and consulted with us when there were questions about what we wanted. After the bathroom was completed they returned after a couple of weeks and did a touch up of everything we noted after use. This was money well spent. read more

Had 9 new windows installed in my home in Long Beach from New Dawn Construction; they worked on my neighbors home doing a large home remodel exhibiting a variety of challenging skills required by the owner; he was happy with their craftsmanship I decided to have them install 9 clear windows to my house; the crew was very efficient and did a fast installation of double paned gas filled windows. The windows included screens to the lower half(vertical open and close) and the bottom half window could be pulled open for easy cleaning.
