I began talking about a vinyl bra installation and Faz persuaded me to paint the hood. He informed me that being the hood it would fad in time opposed to paint. I needed a sign for a weekend event so I drove down E 14th looking for a sign place. After my first failed attempt at another sign place up the street that couldn't even open the newest version of photoshop, I yelped this place. I couldn't have asked for better service! The owner was there and he was very nice, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. He opened my image file with me and showed me how it would look full size. I'm so glad he did this because parts of my sign might have looked blurry. We changed some things and it looked perfect! I needed the sign for Saturday and I went in on Thursday afternoon. (I know, kinda last minute.) Initially he said Saturday was the quickest he could get it done, so imagine my surprise when he called Friday morning to tell me it was done! These guys are the best. I came across Faz and New Digital after passing his shop in San Leandro. At first, my jobs were small prints for my business, and these were on really high quality stock and the prints were excellent. Most importantly, they were delivered on time. Then we started increasing the scale of the work by printing out large banners for storefronts and eventually getting signage printed and installed on our fleet vehicles. Again, these were of high quality, and Faz's installation work was excellent. All the jobs were done within budget and completed on time. Because of the trust in his work, I decided to get my Harley's tank wrapped in a metallic wrap. The work came out exceptional, and the bike looks fantastic. At this point, all my printing work and personal jobs go to Faz. Never have I done a review but this one is well deserved, the experience I had with Faz was great. I'll get right to point, I came in for my work van graphics, showed him a few ideas of what I wanted. He made some recommendations on size and placement of critical text and then after we both agreed on the finish product he quoted the work, price point was great. I was a bit skeptical at first as I always push for quality and can be picky at times, My van is extra tall and has lots of real estate. Faz did a fantastic job. The quality is top shelf, attention to detail is high. My work van gets complements all the time and gets quite a bit of attention which is good for business. Our company has been in business since 2001 and we never had that professional image we always wanted. We tried various other sign shops but they gave us poor quality prints that we were not happy with. That's when we found New Digital Signs and the owner Faz. He redesigned our logo then proceeded to print all our vehicle graphics. On top of that he installed the graphics on our entire fleet by himself. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! He printed out our truck decals with the wrong contractors # which could get us fined. This is of urgent nature to correct. He thinks nothing of asking me to bring our entire fleet of trucks TO HIM!!!! We have field workers who would have to abandon their commission paying jobs to take the trucks up to him. We made an appointment at our office so that the entire fleet is waiting for him to correct. He called at the exact time he is supposed to be here saying he was on his way. His office is roughly 45 minutes from our office. When I told him I need him to come to us originally, he huffed and puffed on the phone. It took 4 days for him to call me back to make an appointment to come out to us. Now being 45 minutes late on the date of the appointment as my service guys are waiting to pick up the trucks to start their jobs. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
