I had a small chip in my windshield and Kamal was very honest and informative about how this would affect the outcome. He kept me involved with every decision and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome, even if it meant having him redo his work multiple times. And even with the set backs, my cars were done in less than 2 days and they are perfect. Great personable service, great price, and I would definitely recommend them for any wrap and tinting.

Their prices are ridiculous, you will not get ceramic tint because their basic level tint is not ceramic even if they say that. What they will promote is ceramic tint they have 3 additional levels of ceramic that are ALL $100-$300 upcharge depending how "PREMIUM" you want t o go. They can not tell you the brand of ceramic they use. At least if you go to SAVS TINT or any other professional tint place, they will tell you what type of tint you're getting down to the Brand. Took a day to travel around to quite a few shops and inspect their current work. It wasn't even close. Got a frozen grey that I wrapped with the Xpel stealth satin. The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. If you own a Tesla or any high-end car and care about quality, this is absolutely the place to go. Joe, the owner, is always welcoming and clearly pours his passion into the business. You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. A couple days later and my beater/go kart i3 has a beautiful roof again that should last years to come while getting beat down by UV outside. Folks with BMWs that have carbon fiber roofs (i3, m3, m4) may see this happen in 7-8 years if the car sees a lot of sun. It's a common problem where the epoxy coating layer starts to delaminate from the CF. It's further expedited with moisture (rain and sun cycles). Getting the roof prepped then PPF'ed with the right material restores the aesthetic of the car and protects it from recurring. I'm happy with the work and will keep AV in mind for any future wrap needs I may have.
