The only tiny thing that I could do without was a little bit of attitude when I got mixed up and sent the incorrect attachment first, and then followed up almost immediately with the right one. They acted a bit frustrated/annoyed by that, but things happen and I corrected myself right away and checked with them to make sure they were printing the right version. Working for a local small business we like to support other small businesses when we can. When it came time to get new decals for our fleet trucks SpeedPro was a perfect fit. I initially sent an information gathering message to them through their website and got a quick response from Nicole. From there, I was able to send them my company's image files and a list of special requests to fit my trucks. In no time, Nicole had sent me proofs and quotes for everything I asked. She was quick to update the quotes as I changed my order items with new additions. The prices were competitive and fully within reason. After getting our final approval, SpeedPro was able to print our vehicle vinyl and magnets in half the time that they quoted me. That was a pleasant surprise. I have only had the products on my trucks for a couple of weeks now but from the installation (which I opted to do myself) I could tell that the prints are of a very good quality. The color matching is perfect and the prints are clear with all cuts laying out perfect. Time will tell how they stand up to outdoor conditions but so far I am very happy. We've placed two canvas printing orders with SpeedPro Imaging and LOVE them. Have to give them accolades for their top notch service and care! Our first order with them was a rush order. Not only did SpeedPro work with us to get it done ASAP, they also went above and beyond with their assistance with shipping it to us on time. We were able to find reduced shipping through FedEx, but didn't have enough time to schedule a pick-up. Nicole worked with us to find FedEx locations near them and we identified one that was closing about the same time they were.
